I bought this to be able to snap better quality pictures of my daughter, and the auto focus on my phone just is not great. I have a Galaxy S8+ and the clip fit perfectly. Easy to adjust over the lens on the phone and lock into place. Only downside is having to take off the back of my phone case, but I have a thick case, and if I'm using this lens it wouldn't be typical to have the case on.I was surprised at how nice and compact everything is. The clip light flash is a major bonus and in my opinion is pretty cool that it's rechargeable!Everything fits easily in the hard case that zips up. So no worries throwing it into a bag and it getting crushed.I really can't wait to use this for Easter pictures of my daughter's first Easter activities for the high definition is pretty impressive.Thinking of getting one for my former photographer friend so she can have an "on the go" lens also!

Not surprisingly, the super-wide-angle lens exhibits a good amount of curvature. A smartphone lens, which fits over you phone's lens, can expand the types of photos you shoot or videos you capture. These iPhone kits include lenses that let you deliver expansive landscapes or scenes (wide-angle). There are even some telephoto lenses. The best investment you can make is a kit that provides the flexibility of multiple lenses along with strong image quality.

I didn't know what I was missing on my Galaxy Note 8. This is great for wide angle without distortion. The lens is quality and gives me the view I need. When I combine it with some of the other phone camera gear I have I can produce some really great photos and videos. The only thing I wish is that the clips that hold the lens on didn't cover up the front camera. Perhaps the manufacturer will take this suggestion for improvement in the clip! This is a nice lens and I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my daughter who is starting her own makeup tutorial channel on Instagram and is looking for ways to improve her videos. This looked like an inexpensive way to give her a new angle on her videos. Did some quick testing with my Nexus 6 with the pets. Packaging is nice and gives you a nice carrying case to keep the lens safe and all its accessories. I didn't test the LED light but looks like its a nice way to provide different lighting effects and I expect it will work for the type of videos my daughter is shooting.

UPDATE: After more research I've discovered that there is a reason that this lens costs more money than other lenses here on Amazon. As I initially suspected, this lens kit is higher quality than most of the others. A friend of mine ordered one of the less expensive lens kit after trying mine but their photos arent as clear as the photos I take with this lens kit. My lenses feel heavier as well which I believe suggests better build quality. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase so have to change my review from 4 to 5 stars.This lense set is made from metal and glass-no plastic or acrylic(except the mounting clip). It feels substantial in your hand. The set takes great photos as well-at least in my opinion but keep in mind that I'm no pro at photography. My only complaint is cost. I now see lense kits like this one that provide more options for less money here on Amazon. I wish I had seen those before. On the other hand, perhaps the other kits arent as well made. I did see complaints about the other kits breaking in their reviews(mostly complaints of the telescopic unit breaking). So either way, this is a good lense kit.

I really like this lens. I don’t have the best phone camera and my options are so limited for taking photos with it. This lens really broadened my options. The wide lens gives me the opportunity to capture more space with less effort. You can see the two photos I took with and without lens from the same exact spot. The difference is significant. I aI lso really liked how easy to use the lens was. You just tighten it on the attachment and snap it on your phone. I especially enjoyed all the little parts it came with, like the little carrier bag, small strap, usb charger cable, lens cleaner and the additional light. I am attaching a short unboxing video that shows all the attachments and how to easily install the camera. It also seems to work with any phone which is a plus because I don’t have a phone version that is too popular. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. I received this product for my honest review but I would totally buy it myself and suggest it to my friends.

I haven't had a chance to use the LED light clip or take any share-worthy pictures, but the BLUF is that the lenses do work. I find a bit more value in the macro lens as that simply makes your phone capable of doing something it couldn't previously (i was able to take clear photos of an object up close that, without the lens, my phone simply couldn't bring into focus). The wide angle lens I'd probably use less because I simply don't take photos that would require that. It does work, but as a non-expert photographer, to me, it seems like it just lets you take photos that you could have taken if you just backed up a little bit as well. This is likely due to my photography inexperience and I'm sure I'm not using it right. In any case, the biggest thing to be aware of though is that it likely won't work with your phone case if you have one. In particular, if the phone case isn't just a bumper case around the edges. Basically anything that doesn't allow the lens to be as close as possible to the camera itself may end up adding some dark edges around your photo because you're picking up part of the hardware itself. Just imagine looking through a pair of eyeglasses. When its up close, you can't see the frame, but as it moves away from your eye, the frames will eventually be in view.
