Retuning mine for Xlarge size...they run very small too tight...I had to reorder to size XL...for the price it's seems a good deal... quality long term last I won't know til much later...beware chart size is misleading...I'm a small guy average legs not big not small used the chart seemed large was my correct size...wrong need extra large...so bottom line go order 1-2 size up....

Update Dec 2016: I am downgrading this compression sleeve from 5 to 3 stars because on the second period of use it did not stay in place any longer. It runs down my thigh even while walking at normal pace. It is not a durable product.Original review: I am 55, 190 lbs. and do running/jogging for about 25 miles per week. I got this sleeve to help in my recovery from a small-to-medium hamstring quad tear about 1/3 up from the knee. This sleeve provided enough support to help in my recovery and get me back to running, which took me about 4-5 weeks until full recovery. After using it almost daily for 3-4 months the material still holds up very well.

Purchased for my upper thigh to alleviate pain when out walking. It is very well made. Unfortunately, the sizing was not correct. I ordered a medium, but could only get it above my knee. The widest opening measured 16" . Not sure if the large would even be big enough around....It was a disappointment.. Undecided whether I will purchase a larger size. :(

I had a history of pulling the same muscle in my quad, so I decided to pick this up to help stabilize that muscle. The first time I tried to run with it (OK, sprint, I was playing softball), the velcro strap came undone immediately, and then just flapped awkwardly. The sleeve itself also didn't stay up very well, even though I followed the size chart.​

I am 50, have had slight hamstring issue from.playing soccer and tried these. Great fit and I notice big difference. Both the support and heating effect really stood pain while playing. I have tried other brands, all have been fine. These are a little thinner which I.like. I am 6-3, 190, have.long pretty skinny thighs and the large was perfect. All and all very pleased and still nice and tight after months of use

The problem is the sizing. I wear a full leg brace and use a thigh sleeve to avoid chafing. Lately new chafing has started so I wanted a larger sleeve that I could pull higher. I ordered XL. It is over 2" in diameter smaller than the Large sleeve I already have (different brand). I'm not an extraordinarily big person so I don't see how these sleeves work for other people.

Product changed from the first time I ordered which was over a year ago.This one is too small/tight and has a velcro strap that goes around the sleeve. When I put it on the border thread came completely unraveled. The quality has definitely declined.

Provided great compression and support for the first week or so but soon started to tear. This compression band comes with a worthless strap attached to the compression band. It's worthless because the length of the strap is smaller than the diameter of the compression sleeve so it must be removed.
