Recommended by my MD to take l methyl folate. Was taking higher dosage but was told that 2.5 was adequate for me. I take meds that make reduces folatate absorbed. Great to know, as this is expensive stuff. Best value for quality I think. If you're taking this nutritional supplement check with your healthcare provider to see if you are taking more than you really need.

MD Life changed the Formulation of this product. It now has Corn Fiber to which I am allergic, and they also added Purple Carrot Fiber, another Allergen. I therefore cancelled my Subscription and requested a Refund that Amazon approved. Bad Move, MD Life!

That said, I take quite a few other supplements as well. Going to try to do the MTHFR gene mutation test to get some insight on my situation. And if I show signs of mutation will probably go with another brand. This one seems a little hokey.

hard to find the high milligram pills so is a good choice,and a good price. Even with the other components, is much cheaper than Foltyx

My wife enjoys how easy this is to swallow and best of all the effects it has on her body.

I use this for MTHFR and it appears to work well enough. Price is more affordable than some of the other brands.

Great product. Easy to swallow. I was looking for a product that had more than 800 mcg of folate and this is one of the only ones I found. I will definitely order again.

This is a high dose of Methylfolate in one easy to swallow capsule only once a day.
