iPhone 6 Plus + Case, DandyCase AIR Cushion Transparent Clear Flexible TPU Gel Cover for Apple iPhone 6 Plus (5.5" Screen) [DandyCase Retail Packaging] (Clear)

I wanted to be able to see the color of my phone, but still protect it. Don't know if this is the answer, but it is working for me for now. It fits the phone (a base requirement), and I like the extra cushioning at the corners. I'm confident that if dropped on a corner, this case would provide good protection against corner damage and overall shock. The case is somewhat grippy and pliable (not a hard case), but is not rubbery. It is still a minimal case, which means it does not add much bulk. That said, there is perhaps a vulnerability at the sides - due to the flexibility of the material, I have more than once, pushed the case away from the side of the phone while holding it in my hand and bringing my thumb across the screen, or turning the phone in one hand as I slide it into my bag. Basically, it can gap a little on the sides, mostly midway between top and bottom of the phone. If the phone is dropped and lands/impacts something along the edge of the case, the case could potentially move and the phone could get damaged along the edge. I still like the case, but it's something to consider.

Wife loves this case. This is the 4th case my wife has purchased for her gold iPhone 6 Plus and it looks like this is the one she will stick with. The TPU material on this case is very grippy for TPU but still stiff enough to keep its shape around the edges. The corners are thicker than the sides just like the photos in the listing, and it feels like it will provide adequate protection for minor bumps and short drops. The case looks great and the bumps on the back (inside the case and not outside) add some bling. She has a gold phone and bought this case in both clear and blue so she can switch them out depending on her mood. Yeah, she's one of those...The buttons fit perfectly, and all of our charging cables (OEM, Amazon, and several other after market brands) plug in fine. The fit of this case is perfect, so if you like how it looks in the listing's images, I would not hesitate to purchase.

My wife has the Ballistic Jewel in Gold and it is very pretty...and glittery. This phone is similar, but slightly worse in every way. The Ballistic is sturdier, has thicker corners (which may be a down side for some people making this an awesome option for you). The TPU is less likely to pull away from the phone with the Ballistic too.All that said, I've purchased a number of cases maybe 6 in all and this is the one I'm using right now and I feel safe with my phone in this case.

This case works great if your are constantly dropping your phone. The air pockets on each corner of the case has saved my iPhone from screen destruction. It isn't as bulky as most phone cases which is a plus; it slips easily into any back pocket. Although I personally don't think it's very visually appealing, it does what it's suppose to and that's fine by me.

Just wanted to say this a good phone case, I bought mine back in November 2014 and I am back to get another color, I drop my phone a lot specially in parking lots when I am fumbling with my keys and other stuff, I have dropped it face down many times on the concrete with this case on and my phone hasn't had a scratch, and the fit is perfect. I have always used gel cases on my phones without any problems, my teen kids like to use cooler looking cases and they have cracked many phones.

I originally purchased this case for my bride almost a year ago so I purchased another for a friend. Like my bride, she personally likes the lightweight rubber with the higher lip to protect her screen. Also wanted pink. Any case that makes an iPhone last a year without a ding has me sold! Access to all the buttons, headphone jack & charging port are perfectly accessible. Easy to put on. I originally was trying to steer her towards what I thought was stronger/better cases but I stand corrected.

Love, love, love this case! It fits perfectly and cushions in a fall...which I know because I dropped my phone on day 2! It's not bulky, either. It's not one of those that promises to protect your phone thru a drop into a ravene or into water, but it's a great case for normal, everyday use. Saw similar cases at my cellular phone carrier for over 3 times the price! It also lets you see the phone, too, instead of seeing a big blob of plastic.

I liked the color and fit of this case until I tried the Ballistic. The Ballistic had a little more protection at the corners and is a little more slip resistant which made it easier to hang on to.
