I haven’t had this product long enough to rated for pain relief. I am using it for a shoulder problem. It is easy to put on, at least with the help of another person. You can move around and perform tasks while wearing it on your shoulder. It appears to be well designed and constructed. The gel is in 3 attached packets and can be squeezed between one and another. For example, if two packets are sufficient you can squeeze the gel in the third packet into the second one.

I really liked this item. It was very cold and stayed that way for a long time. I was very pleased with it until the seam broke lose and it started to leak. It has a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee but I don't know how to contact the company for a replacement. I won't order another one if I can't depend on the warranty. It was my favorite cold gel pack. I never tried it for heat. I wish I could give it a five star.

Bag that holds the gel pack has velcro and long enough straps so you can apply to almost any area and it holds in place. I got it for my shoulder, a hard area to keep an ice pack in place. Works well, allows my shoulder to relax under the ice.

I need to ice my lower legs after hiking to reduce the impact of a red irritating rash. They hold the cold in a cooler with an ice pack for three hours while I hike. They fit perfectly and do a good job.

I ordered the smaller version, which said it was good for wrists. The pictures also made it appear it would work for wrists as well, however the product is far too large for wrists. There are two Velcro stripes on either side, so you can’t just overlap one side and the wrap the Velcro strip on the other side around it to hold since you need that Velcro strap to secure it as well. Returning.

Got this for my husband after his rotator cuff surgery and it was absolutely fantastic! He’s a big guy and this more than covered his entire shoulder area! It brought him relief quickly and it was comfortable.

I have to fix my stars because of the customer service i've recieved. They read my review and personally contacted me and made everything right. Ordered this item because of all the great reviews, i'm sad to disagree with their 5 stars.I got this for recovery from knee surgery, the issues i'm having with the item is that when it is pulled from the freezer super cold i have a hard time getting the pack to curl around my knee because it is frozen stiff.Even though pulled straight from the freezer it honestly didn't put out that much cold, even to the touch, it is no where near just a simple bag of ice.
