I purchased this model to have a second brace to use when working at home vs. at the office. This one was about half the price of an almost identical product I had previously purchased. Although almost identical, this product is MUCH more comfortable to wear. The straps are longer making it easier to adjust. I cannot imagine how a man could fit into the other model but there is plenty of room in this one for a larger person. I sit at a desk typing all day and wearing this for a few hours a day makes a huge difference in preventing back pain that occurs from improper desk posture. (I have a really good chair and my desk is ergonomically correct but needed to add this posture brace to prevent pain.) You may experience pain in new areas, particularly if you don't build up gradually the amount of time you wear it, but overall, when I've felt pain, wearing the brace has immediately resolved it. Go with this product over other manufacturers selling similar products though. It's amazing how much more comfy it is vs other that look just like it.

I have slumped forward as a result of knee pain and 2 knee replacements. Even though I was aware of my slumping, after several years of pain and recovery, it was difficult to remember to be more aware while going about daily activity. I was also experiencing lower skull and neck pain because of the slumping. The second day of wearing this brace, my neck cracked very loudly as I felt it adjust to the proper position. The brace immediately and gently put my shoulders, back, neck, and spine into a correct position. It is very comfortable (only have worn over a shirt), my neck pain was completely gone after that cracking, and even without the brace my posture is better until I get very tired or at the end of the day. This is after only 4 days. I know that after daily use for a longer period of time, it will be the cure I have needed. Try it -- you won't be disappointed!

I have had a herniated L3 for some time. I use pain creams and take advil daily. Since wearing this device I have managed to go with out these other supplements to manage my pain as the position of my shoulders seems to be pinching a nerve when not in proper form. It takes some getting use to but if you give it a chance and make your muscles work properly it will work for you. I found that I can't expect the brace to do all the work. It's there as a reminder to hold myself properly. Treat this as a tool until you can carry yourself properly. I take it off after about 6 hours. I go to the gym without it and I don't generally wear it at home doing chores. I wear it consistently when I go to work or I am driving. That's when it really counts for me.

Saw the product on Facebook but don't like sending my credit card info to another company. So looked for the product on Amazon and found this. Used Prime and got it in 2 days. Received it a few days ago. 1st impression was that it was flimsy and not much to it, but I must say that it does work. It brings your shoulders back and improves your posture. I have it on as I type this and instead of hunching over I have my shoulders back. I tried it under a shirt and it seemed to work fine. When I take it off I find myself remembering the position of my shoulders so it helps in that regard. Kind of muscle memory. I don't know how it stacks up to other similar products, but for the money it's fine and I'm very satisfied with it.

This product was better then I expected. It looked like a metal piece in the back from the picture and it looked kind of uncomfortable. When I got the product though it was actually really comfortable. I thought it was gonna be a pain to put on but I put it on in the morning and it helps me keep good posture during the day. I really like it because it helps me pick up with my knees and not my back when I’m dealing with the kids that’s the main thing I really like. It’s easy to put on and it folds up really good so you can put it back in the plastic bag it comes in. Overall it is very nicely made and it has lasted through me running around with my kids which is pretty good in my book.

I wanted to correct my posture for a while, my friends suggested standing against the wall about 10min per day, which helps but I had to constantly remind myself about and often skipped. I used this posture corrector, it was a little discomfort in the beginning, especially in the armpit area, but it was expected. I was able to get used to it and don't really notice it's there most of the time shortly after. After using it for a couple of weeks, my friends told me the changes show, I do look more straight when I was standing and appears taller (just a little). I bought a few more and the results are positive for the others as well. Hope this helps.

I've always had lower back problems from poor posture and stress. With the Posture Corrector, I immediately began sitting upright, and felt like I can relax without have to force myself to sit up straight. I walked around with it all day and even went to the gym with it. It forces you to put the pressure on the proper muscles rather than relying on your neck and back coming in to help all the time. I even feel taller too!Only critique, the straps probably have some more trial and error to go through, kind of difficult to grab putting it on solo, not sure what the solution is, but still a great product for alleviating lower back pain.

I have been trying to correct my poster for a few months now by correcting myself when i notice slouching. However, that did not seem to work. I have tried a smart device that sticks to your back and connects to your phone and that did work quite well but the battery does not last for a full day. I have been trying this corrector for a week and so far this seems to be a happy medium. It reminds you when you slouch as it ""pulls"" and keep me in a better position. I cannot wear it the full day as i get tired but i image after a few weeks my muscle will learn this new position and it will become more comfortable. Time will tell.
