Product description The spray has been specially formulated to deliver 4 essential vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream, bypassing primary processing by the gut. The tiny droplets within the spray absorb quickly into the buccal membrane of the inner cheek, providing fast and effective nutrient uptake. It's a supplement, not a dessert.
Slightly baffled by the fact there are actual grown adult people here saying it tastes like vomit and/or that it tastes "so bad it's going straight in the bin." (If your automatic reaction to something you're not keen on experiencing for a few seconds is to just throw the whole thing out then probably have a word with yourself eh.)The taste is fine. It's four very easy sprays on the insides of your cheeks which is barely anything. If you're used to the super fruity/peachy B12 one then yes this one definitely tastes different, but not unpleasant. More like the flavour in the pick n mix style fruit salad sweets. I'd not choose to eat those normally myself but they don't enrage me enough to destroy the whole pack after eating one. It's not a dessert or confectionery; it's a supplement.

Good way to get essential nutrients
This is a solid multivitamin and is an option for any vegan looking to supplement their diet with essential nutrients which are typically more difficult to get on a plant based diet.**NOTE** Before taking any multivitamin supplement, you should consult a health professional to ensure that it is done in a safe manner. This is particularly important since this spray contains iron, which if taken irresponsibley can lead to hemochromatosis.Flavour: 7/10I'm not too sure exactly what the flavour of the spray is, but it is not vile by any means - I actually quite like it. An important thing to note is that due to the spray containing iron, there is a bit of an aftertaste. I normally counter this by taking it just before eating or having a drink afterwards.Nutrients: 9/10The nutrients contained within the spray are exactly the ones which vegans are normally deficient in. - B12: Obviously every vegan should be supplementing with vitamin B12, and the spray offers just that. Unfortunately it is in the form of methylcobalamin which isn't as well researched as its cyanocobalamin counterpart; however, it is likely still effective at preventing deficiency. - D3: There is some dispute over whether or not vegans need to supplement with vitamin D3, but major institutions such as the British Dietetic Association recommends taking a D3 supplement. It is nice to see that this is a vegan version of D3 derived from lichen. - Iodine: This is an often overlooked nutrient which can be absent on a vegan diet. Unless you're eating seaweed and/or iodized salt regularly, it is possible that you're not meeting the RDA of 150mcg. This spray provides exactly that in the form of potassium iodide. This is incredibly useful since most multivitamins only provide a fraction of that amount in the form of kelp extract. - Iron: It was nice to see that the spray provided 5mg of iron per serving since it can be difficult for vegans to absorb enough of this. Indeed, some dieticians recommend that vegans get 50% more than the RDA of iron due to it's non-heme nature. This can be a pain, since it means eating lots of beans/whole grains with a vitamin c source to increase absorption, and even then it can be difficult to meet the RDA. Luckily, due to the sublingual nature of the spray, the nutrient absorption bypasses the digestive system, meaning that you don't have to worry about eating it with vitamin c rich foods. This has been particularly helpful for me, since I have suffered from anemia in the past despite eating a whole food plant based diet.Overall, the nutrient profile of the spray is impressive and provides only the essentials that vegans are normally deficient in. Lots of other multivitamins will provide things such as folic acid and other b vitamins. This is overkill in my opinion, since if you're eating whole grains it is unlikely you'll need to supplement with these vitamins. It's a shame the spray didn't deliver some zinc, since that is another mineral vegans struggle with.Usage: 9/10As mentioned above, this is a sublingual supplement, meaning that you spray it on the inside of your cheek or under your tongue for absorption. I'm not sure if this is more convenient that a traditional multivitamin pill, but I favour it due to it's increased absorption.

For my health, not for the taste
My friend recommended this vitamins as a vegan. I needed to supplement vitamin b12 and D, this one seems to tick the boxes. The taste is awful, but so are the syrups. Liquid iron is not the tastiest, so it's ok. However, in their attempt to cover the bad flavours, I wish it didn't have that fake-sugary taste.Nevertheless, I believe it will be a good product for me and time will tell.

Spray and go convenience
I prefer spray vitamins to pills. I always forget to take when in pill form but since buying the spray I remember every day. Maybe it’s because you don’t need additional ‘tools’ to take like with pills (a glass of water). You just spray and go.I wasn’t keen on the mixed berry flavour at first compared to the orange flavour of one of the other vitamin sprays (which reminded me of the squash they used to serve at school) but I’ve come to like it better over time. This particular spray has all the vitamins that are recommended to supplement when eating a plant-based diet.

Works for Me
Been using this for about 6 months now and with full blood tests recently it’s been confirmed I’m not deficient in anything. I do eat a very varied unprocessed vegan diet but just in case for the Vit D and B12 I take this. Results are good.

be way of iron sensitivity!
this tastes fine in comparison to people's comments but it really hurts my stomach. if you are sensitive to iron supplements I suspect this is the culprit as I'm having the same reaction to solid pills. I thought it would be easier to absorb like other liquid supplements I've taken but this is not the case and honestly I won't use it because of the pain and I'd like my money back!

Happy with product
Product is as described. I feel like I don’t notice a difference until I am no longer using it, then I seem to have less energy. I have had low B12 before so I take as a precaution.
