I was unsure about ordering this product but received a referral from a friend and I am pleasantly surprised that I really like the piece I ordered!I followed the size chart to determine my size (although I was afraid that it was going to be too large) but, it turns out that I ordered the perfect size. Be sure you order based on your waist measurement, using the manufacturer’s size chart...if not, you WILL be disappointed! If you don’t have a tape measure, use a piece of yarn or anything long enough to wrap around your waist...maybe a belt. Then, measure that with a yard stick or measuring tape.I really like that it has adjustable straps and 3 rows of hooks so I’ll be able to make adjustments as I tone. The straps are also removable.My core really does get nice and sweaty while wearing the trainer...my only problem has been turning it around in the laundry in time for my next workout! I may need to purchase another! Solid product, thank you!

Got this for my gf... She thought I should get the XL since she wears size large in shirts. Totally didn't fit whatsoever and returned it cuz it was waaaay too small. Turns out after we measured her she was an XXXL and that fits her much better. It slims her down quite a bit and she gains some good amount of confidence while wearing it. I'd recommend getting it, but MEASURE yourself first 😁🤘

I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this waist trainer, considering the great price. I have a 32 inch waist and struggle with a muffin top when wearing vest tops and tighter fitting clothes and this solved the problem perfectly. It reduced my waist by 3 inches and although tight fitting, is not uncomfortable.The shoulder straps fit just where you want to, and are also fully adjustable, reducing and hiding the extra fat around the arm area. The extra hook at the top of the zip is great attention to detail and prevents the zip from possibly undoing.It only arrived today and I have had it on a few hours, so obviously too early to notice any changes in waist size, but I definitely feel more comfortable wearing tight fitting clothes now. It looks fine under clothes too, it's not obvious that you are wearing it. I do recommend this item if you just want to smooth out your figure to wear something without feeling conscious of lumps and bumps, it's great, thank you.I have a 38 bust, 32 waist and 38 inch hips (a decent size 12) and ordered the large, as I stated, it is tight fitting, but that's the point, right? It's not uncomfortable.

Feels Like a Warm Squeeze Hug!!!
The fit was great. I ordered a 4XL. Was expecting the size to run small but it fit very well. Felt like a firm warm hug. My posture straightened immediately. I've worn it every day since receiving it. My only regret with this garment is that I did not take a before picture. I can tell the difference already. Item creates unsightly roll on front area, not long enough.
I found this item to not do what it advertised, while I did find that it slimmed my waist area, I found it to not be long enough and additionally when having it fastened it created an unsightly roll with the front boning. Also, be aware that the seller is offering free promotional item with positive review, so it's not certain that the other positive reviews are legitimate.

This product is true to size according to the size chart provided ! Overall coverage is good . Got my love handles and under bra fat pulled in . Its comfortable, easy to get on and take off . I like that the straps are adjustable and it lifts your bust !

Worth it
I am 23 years old, 4'11 in height, 32DD, and short torso. I got a Medium thinking it was going to be too big and it was a PERFECT fit. The zipper makes a world of difference. I have had the Waist Trainer for about two weeks now and can already tell the difference. This is my favorite trainer I have had out of the 3 I have tried in the past. Very happy.
