Read this review.... Then make your call.
Shipping: When I received the box... The first thing I noticed was that I could hear nuts and bolts literally flying around in the box...right when I picked it up. The box itself was taped together as if a 5 year old packaged it.... Not even exaggerating. I thought to myself.... This is going to suck. However.... I went ahead and decided to keep going and put it together rather than ship it back.Contents: yup... I was right... Bolts and washers made it out of the packaging... And were all over the place. I'm actually surprised that All the hardware made it to my house because there was parts of the box that weren't even taped properly. Everything else seemed ok other than that... And by that... I mean it looked like everything else was included and packaged ok.Directions: absolutely useless. It's one page in a 3 page booklet. But since these "directions" were literally just copied a million times... You can barely see the pictures and diagram. Completely useless. How did I put it together? Well... If you've been in a gym at least once and used gym equipment... It's not hard to figure out. It took me 10 minutes... If that. But be warned.... If you aren't good with things like this without instructions, just get a friend to help you out who is familiar with gym equipment.Use: I'm 6'0 and 235 pounds.... Although the description stated a max weight of 220 pounds.... I figured that it should work anyways. Like the other review stated that it's small... Yes.... Yes it's small... But gets the job done. And like the other review stated as well... As am I.... For 50 dollars you can't really complain. The padding is adequate and as far as durability... Well only time will tell as I've only used it 3 times since I got it a week ago... But it looks like it will do just fine.Overall: not bad for the price.... Although some may argue with that. It gets the job done and if you're looking for a simple decline ab board... This will work. It can also be folded if you take out the two pins that basically keep it locked in place during use... So make your call... I'm actually glad I got it, regardless of the crap packaging.

the res color hand supporter is useless because it's mere elastic and won't give any support ...
Bit strain full to do the exercise with this especially for a first timer..the res color hand supporter is useless because it's mere elastic and won't give any support at all.we use a long towel for the support. All the parts are sturdy but the cushions seems low quality. But I strongly feel for this price it's worth..If you are concerned with price and not sue would f you use this for a long you can go for this but if you are looking for a long term use I recommend you to better search for other products

It's small buy serves it's purpose
This thing is about half the size I was expecting. It is very narrow and sit pretty low to the ground. I'm 6'1" and 300lbs so I'm a big dude and I'm used to being too big for things but this thing is TINY lol. The ankle and shin pads are pretty flimsy and all the adjustments have to be made by fully unscrewing the knobs just fyi... Not the simple pull-lever like at the gym. However I've used it and for simply getting some crunches in.. It serves it's purpose and I guess for the price I shouldn't expect too much more than this. I need to spend more or not complain lol

Medium duty with a great price tag!
Perfect for smaller spaces! Fits basically anywhere and for the price you canโt beat it. Itโs not s heavy duty bench and states it and reflects in the price. I would def recommend for abs and light dumbbell work!

Work out
The bench does serve it's intended purpose. I wish the back board was a bit more sturdy..... It feels like it's going to break and the screws that hold the board to the frame have pulled out in the first week I had to replace them with bigger screws.

Overall...happy!
Overall a good product but I don't care for the top bar to put legs over, could be because I'm a little short 5'4" tall, so it makes it a little difficult for me but I just put mine under them!

Three Stars
Would be nicer if it was wider, otherwise it is working with slight modification.
