Therapist’s Choice® Kinesiology Tape Pre-Cut Roll (Beige)

this KT tape really helps my knee and lower back pain....I am not an athlete, and am 75 years old. I use it when I walk or work around the house, it stays put all day. Thanks.

When I bought this the first time, I liked it and found it did just a good of job as a more expensive brand I tried. I had no issues with it at all. I was using it to tape my knee and ankle. (This was also the tape my physical therapist used and why I bought it.)However, when I reordered I found the second time around I developed an allergic reaction to the tape around my ankle. I had small, itchy bumps where the tape was placed. One turned into a blister and was very painful for almost a week (I'm diabetic so that may be why it took so long to heal). I thought it was a bit of a fluke, since this didn't happen when my PT used it and the first time I purchased it. Still I decided not to use it on my ankle, while continuing to use it for my knee, where it helped a lot.Recently I was having ankle pain again and it was severe enough that I decided to try using the tape again, but after an hour I experienced the same allergic reaction. I'll have to find another tape that I can tolerate on my ankle.Why the 4 stars? Because I cannot give it less stars just because I happen to be allergic to it, but if you tend to be sensitive to adhesives I would urge you to be cautious.

The tape sticks well and is easy to cut into pieces. However, I don't recommend if you have sensitive skin. The first brand I purchased cost a bit more but didn't bother me at all. This tape was cheaper but also made me claw at my face during night.

I think I was allergic to the adhesive. I had to remove because it was itching my belly and it tore my skin a bit. Pay attention to the removal instructions

Works great, use it for occasional plantar fasciitis flare-ups.EDIT: After many more months of using the product, I'm downgrading it to 4 stars because I've found the tape bunches and/or the edges start to roll and peel away from my skin after one day of use. Meaning I have to replace it sooner than other brands like KT Tape, which I can get a few more days of use from. Still a decent product, and would buy again.

Specifically, this brand of kinesiology tape is no more expensive than other brands, and it works just as well or better. Generally speaking, kinesiology tape works amazingly well for pulled muscles, sprains or other soft tissue damage. I get immediate relief as soon as I put it on. (You might want to check out a youtube video on how to apply the tape, as no instructions came with this roll and you can really mess yourself up if you don't apply it properly.) It stays on about a week, even through daily showers. Overall, worth the price.

It doesn't stick as well as some other KT tapes I've tried. And it's not as thick or supportive I expected. But for the price it is okay. You can double tape to beef it up a bit.
