Buck Knives 3202 Bond Arms Linerlock Knife with Rosewood Handles

I was looking for a pocket knife with hollow grind, full belly, one-hand opener, slightly longer than 3 inch blade, and attractive handle. This meets all my requirements, except I was disappointed that the the handle comes with the black plastic layer underneath the wood. It's not the way it's advertised on this website, where the scales appear to be all wood. Recommendation to seller: update your picture. I don't find it totally aesthetically pleasing, but I'm trying to get used to it. I'm fairly neutral about the Bond Arms logo. Maybe the plastic handle material makes it more rugged, I don't know. Still given the choice I would choose the one pictured by the seller. I knocked off one star because of this. On the bonus side I added a star because the blade has etched on it S30V, which I wasn't expecting the premium steel, and explains the premium price for this knife. So in the end I gave it 5 stars. The one hand opening is easy. I can flick it open with a wrist flick using the flipper, or open with my thumb with the thumb hole. Or use a combination of those moves. I like it a lot better than a thumb stud.

I'm usually real carful with my knifes, but let me tell ya,this sucker is real sharp. Yeah I cut my thumb, hurts like hell so be very carful !Signed, dummy!
