Great Style and High Quality
Excellent quality - beefy and solid metal. Includes all the hardware needed to fit any door (including doors that have been drilled for a door handle). The finish looks to be high quality paint. I wish it was anodized instead.

Product not as pictured
The ad clearly shows a screw internal mechanism. What was received was the standard interior door mechanism that requires a bigger hole in the door. That’s not a problem if you’re installing on a new door. My application was a replacement. Instead of an easy swap out, I had to hire a handyman to drill a bigger hole. Door is stolid oak and that required time. I have made previous purchases from this supplier and am very pleased with their product. However, deliver what you advertise.

Beautiful and Sturdy
We changed all our interior doors to these handles, and we're very happy with them. It was a noticeable upgrade, and the square shape made our arts and crafts wooden doors look fantastic. In addition, the handles are sturdy, and it's much easier to open doors with this type of handle.

Very heavy duty and modern new look
I am a 72 yr., old 5 foot, 106 lb. great grandma. I have always been a D.I.Y. person, but size, age, and health have slowed me down and I figured adding a couple of rooms onto my home was a bit more of a challenge than I was up for so I hired a contractor to add a couple of rooms onto my single wide mobile home, (a 3 week job they said.) After 3 months they finally had the support pillars in and sub floor down and started on the framing. Then they told me it was taking longer then they planned so it would be almost double the labor they had quoted me. I let them go and hired another contractor to do the wiring and sheet rock. They insisted on working for an hourly wage and said the 4 of them would have the job done in under 2 weeks. Well, 10 weeks later I'd had enough, I sent them on their way and decided to complete the task myself. The moral of this story is, IF you want a job done to your specifications, D.I.Y. is often the best. After 9 months of construction I'm finally ready to add the finishing touches, like hardware and such. My new back door of now off the master bedroom so I wanted a very heavy duty lock system. After much research I came across The Berlin Modisch set. It is very well made, feels heavy and secure, and has a nice sleek appearance. I like the square look, gives it a modern look. Getting it in straight can be a bit of a challenge, but with a little patience you will be rewarded. It feels very solid and secure on my back door. I've purchased a second set to install on my patio door.

Quality seems ok
Not 5 stars because they are not completely square, there are some imperfections on the borders, like scrambled.

Installing the dead bolt
Installing the dead bolt was very touchy. The metal plate that is mounted to the door jam has to really line up with the dead bolt ... the clearance around the hole in the metal plate and the dead bolt is very, very small. Thus, the metal plate must exactly line up with the dead bolt. All of the required holes in the door were already pre-drilled, so installing the dead bolt and latch into the door was very quick ... no problem with that part of the project. The latch and dead bolt are very solid to the touch, and they look great!

New doors
I changed all my interior door handles to the lever type. I replaced this exterior door in my garage after hurricane Ian. The big box stores didn’t have anything I liked.I was pleasantly pleased when I opened this box. The weight, and metal parts feel very sturdy. It was just installed yesterday by the window and door manufacturer. The fellow was taking pictures of it, and the box. He told me it was a very good lock. He wanted the info on it for his own use. It hadn’t been up that long. So far, so good. Easy for me to open with my arthritic hands.

Solid, sturdy, great update to old knobs
After 2 years of living in our house with gold shiny knobs, we finally decided to replace the hardware with these levers. I needed passage, privacy (locking), and dummy trim for closets, and all have exceeded my expectations of ordering hardware off Amazon. The levers all look great, and now match the rest of our home decor. They're sturdy, elegant, and had all the parts we needed. The lock on the privacy set isn't as smooth as I'd like it to be, it's tough to tell when it's locked or not, but it works so that's all you can hope for.Replacing the knobs with these levers was generally easy, and I've never installed door hardware before. We did run into one issue though. The backset of our previous hardware was 2-1/2". These levers accommodate 2-3/8" and 2-3/4", but due to how the inner mechanism lines up, couldn't accommodate 2-1/2" like we had. We were able to squeeze and just make 2-3/8" work, though it was a tight fit. If you're worried, either measure first, or order just one lever and try it out on your doors before committing to the whole overhaul like we did! Overall very pleased though.

VERY difficult to install, and the inside door lock on the handle doesn't work
I owned a door finishing business and have installed all kinds of hardware on too many doors to count. I've never installed one so challenging as this bolt and entry set. After an hour and a half and lots of cursing I finally had both the deadbolt and the entry lock set installed. The deadbolt works fine although it now has some scratches on the black finish from where you have to hold down the lever to tighten the screw to the lock set. Then I discovered that the inside lock knob on the lever will not engage or lock the door - it sticks out at an angle and spins uselessly. Interestingly, you can lock this handset lever from the OUTSIDE, using the key but don't do it! I used the key and locked the handset and pulled the door shut and locked myself INTO MY HOUSE! the useless knob and lever wouldn't release the lock no matter what. So I had to walk around the house to the back yard to use the key to unlock from the outside. ARRGGGGHHHHH. Guess I won't be using that part of the lock. I only give it 3 stars because it is a pretty set to look at and goes with my kitchen hardware and at least the bolt works perfectly (for now) so i can still lock the door. But shame on this company for selling such a complicated substandard product. I will stick with Schlage hardware from now on.

Very Solid w/ Nice Finish!!
I've never used this brand before but during my search this fit the look I was going for so I decided to give a try. Very impressed with the weight and solid feel. Very nice finish (Satin nickel). Looks and feels much more expensive than what it is! Great purchase.

Good, solid handle - and 'stick' handle is easier to open than round knob
Black may fit you decor, and may have an old-time 'blacksmith' look (it may also be a modern look - don't get me wrong!). You may want stainless steel for a brighter look. Otherwise it's a great handle - a 'stick' handle is easier to open than a round knob, and it has rounded edges making it comfortable on the hands. For the privacy locks -- for bedrooms and bathrooms, in the instructions they have it with the push-lock and key hole facing up. This might be slightly easier, as, if it's down, people who are not acquainted with this type of lock might have to look for it for a couple of seconds (it's under the handle -- with other handles, it's in the center of the handle) . You might have to switch around the handles to get it that way, but that is fine -- they come off easily with a little screw (and then hold on well, when tightened).Another point not to forget is that there is a little metal plate which goes inside. I'm not sure exactly what it does, but if the manufacturer included it, it must have a purpose. Look in the instructions for which way it goes.
