Good tool
Good tool. If after the seasoning the handle starts moving then fix the rivet it may melt a bit after extra heat from the burner, but when I cook on fire or concave induction stove everything is great. 3500W stove is more than enough. Season it on fire.

You need to be patient to get most of it
The wok has very good quality. You need to know how to season it, use it, and maintain it properly. A few tips:- The first few times when you use it, it is still very sticky even you seasoned it correctly. This is normal. Try to fry the vegs for a few times to let it build a natural coating.- You need to use decent amount of oil until the wok has the coating built up- You need to use high heat in wok, also pour oil in heated wok only.- Only use hot water to clean it. Dry it after wash and swipe a thin layer of oil to protect it from rustThe photo is taken after using it to fry 4 bowl of fried egg rice before washing today. It has been used for a month. Completely non stick now.

Ein sehr guter Wok
Ich habe mich nie getraut einen unbeschichteten Wok zu kaufen. Dachte, dass das Essen beim Braten haften wird usw. Aber nach einer Empfehlung eines Freundes, der zufällig ein Koch ist, habe ich dann doch diesen Wok gekauft. Natürlich muss man den Wok vor dem ersten Gebrauch richtig einbrennen! Wenn das einmal getan ist, haftet nichts an und der Geschmack einfach großartig!!! Mit keiner Teflonpfanne der Welt, ob günstig oder teuer, kann man vergleichbares Ergebnis erreichen!!!

Wok très bien .En acier comme les chefs asiatiques.Attention il faut " culoter " votre wok avant utilisation ,si non vous ne pourrez pas l'utiliser comme prévu .Je vous conseille de regarder les vidéos YouTube a cet effet , opération facile qui demande un peu de temps mais vous le ferez une seule fois .Ensuite votre Wok est prêt pour la cuisine .J'ai fait le culottage comme indiqué et ensuite j'ai pue cuisiné normalement .Très facile d'entretien ( pas de lave vaisselle ) .Si vous suivez les recommandations d'utilisation d'un vrai wok vous n'aurez pas de rouille et votre wok n'attachera pas .Je met le mien en photos après 3 utilisations .Je suis ravie de mon achat et pour les recettes de cuisine je regarde sur YT .

Lo primero que hay que hacer es "curarlo" bien , una vez hecho eso , cuando vayais a cocinar obligatoriamente ponerlo en el fuego sin nada que se caliente muy bien , seguidamente aceite y segundos después las verduras , etc , así vereis que nada se pega y todo "patína" por toda la superficie del WOK , una vez utilizado hay que fregarlo y secarlo bien y seguidamente untarlo con un poco de aceite para que no se oxide , así tendreis WOK para muchos años.

Un prodotto eccellente! ha tutte le caratteristiche di un wok professionale; manico smontabile, acciaio abbastanza fine per reggiungere temperature elevate anche con una cucina di casa. Ho fatto il trattamento iniziale ripetendo la "bruciatura dell'olio" più volte.
