The left side, holding the spool had to be bent so that it would release the spool at all.The knobs at the ends of the spool are crooked, with the holes drilled off center.One of the mounting screws broke in half during installation with a hand held screw driver.It was to cheap to bother returning. I figure we will use it until it breaks.
