There are two itty bitty problems to my personal opinion, but that's only based on my lifestyle. One is that the zipper can be a bit fickle, often trying to bundle up on you, two is that for my taste the pockets are a bit too small, especially when the jacket is zipped up. The lovely thing is that the hoodie strings are set up so that way they never get shorter or longer on one side! As well no dreaded end lost inside the hoodie either! The pockets could be sewn a little better, mainly because of how much use a jacket pocket usually gets, but this is a very quality product that I personally like. In all this really is a good product, the money is worth it as it is very much warmer than it may look, the inside is very soft and makes for a great feel against the skin if you're wearing a t-shirt under it. it makes for a no-itch. comfortable fit

It's really well made, looks exactly like the picture (had to trim a couple of excess threads though), only problem is... it was rather large for a 5 year old. It's best ordered for at least a 7 year old (6 if your child is a bit on the bigger side). Arrival time for me was actually earlier than expected!

Beware of sizing...Sleeves and chest were bigger in the xl than the L, but we needed the sleeves longer and the body longer plus the cuff (scratchy)and fur material (better than the first jacket) were different from the first jacket. They didnt charge us for the second jacket though.

Son was ‘Sans’ from Undertale and this jacket was perfect. Very pleased with it.

Shoddy sewing, took forever to arrive , sizing was WAY off and the materials were very poor...

It runs small. But, otherwise great quality. Arrived way earlier than expected.
