I've tried all kind of supplements and sprays to help with my TMJ and nothing worked.These capsules work great and definitely lower the pain in my jaw and how many times it pops.I highly recommend.I gave it 4 stars because $30 is a bit expensive, and to start out you need to do 6 capsules a day (which makes you run through the bottle quite fast).

I just started taken these for a few days and I am already noticing a difference, I used to get bad ear pain I haven't noticed it as much after taken these, so I am glad I found something that is safer to take everyday because I used to take aleve and it would cause me to have acid reflux, other than the price being expensive I would recommend these to anyone.
