As far as shape and use these are just what I hoped they would be. However, I have a major qualm, they heavily stink of plastic chemicals. I hope it fades with time. For now I try to keep them outside when I am not using them. But even using them bothers me having to inhale that stuff.

These balls to the trick for light to medium massage. I only wish they were more solid so more pressure cold be applied to them for a deeper massage.

These are tremendously helpful in alleviating some of my pain from plantar fasciitis. I massage my feet on both balls simultaneously whenever I am sitting down and when I wake up in the morning, which substantially lessens the "pins and needles" sensation that generally happens when I first step out of bed.

Just the right size & helps with my plantar fasciitis. Just wish they were a bit stiffer.

I have plantar fasciitis that I had to seek treatment for. These massage balls are wonderful for making my feet feel good again after a run. They are firm compared to some and the "spikes" seem to get my circulation going in my feet.

These firm massage balls really work great for my feet. They are too stiff for most other areas. I recommend them if you like firm type massage.

I was afraid they might be to squishy but they are firm with just a little give. Perfect for massaging your back with them up against a wall. I took one for work and one for home.

I have two of these and I massage both my feet at the same time when I am sitting on the sofa.It really relieve my stress and the pain in my feet ( I have plantar fasciattis).Very efficient.
