Good axle for such a cheap price tag!
Seems to fit nicely, haven't had vibration at all with this unit like many others have with various aftermarket axles. My vehicle is a 99' Outback sport automatic with 169k. I'll update this if any changes occur. The axles seem built fairly well for only $50-60. Like the other poster stated I had a bit of an issue at first punching the pin all the way through, however after swinging harder and gaining a little bit of clearance(did this from under the vehicle with barely any clearance maybe 2ft) I was able to make it go through. I've never done this before, but I followed the "EricTheCarGuy method" and undid the lower ball joint bolt and cotter pin. Check out his video on YouTube, trust me it helps. It also helps to have a buddy/girlfriend/boyfriend/dog step on the lower control arm to remove the assembly if you're working on the ground with a simple jack as I was. For those of you in the rust belt that cotter pin can be a real b!tch. Don't be afraid to seriously whack that thing off. I ended up cutting my hands up and my thumb is still swollen from trying to neatly pull it out. (Hand kept smashing the disc brake assembly). Good luck!

Good Value 2002 Impreza Outback Sport
They fit great but vibrate a little bit. My car is lifted on forester suspension.

Cheap but good
Bought 2 and what a bargain. I did experience a hint of vibration after installation but otherwise they work great. The only issue I encountered was one of the holes drilled in the coupling that attaches to the differential spline is off by a fraction of an inch, just enough to make it nearly impossible to fully insert the new rolled retainer pin...banged on it for half an hour. Note: The items I received were NOT SureTrack but the box looks identical...name on box is Transmotive.

Seem to be good quality, would be 5 but the holes on the inner joint coupler that mates to the transmission output shafts weren't the precision alignment needed to properly fit the spring pin, I couldn't get the pins all the way through. Came with new axle nuts at the hub, which was nice.

these are inexpensive and work great so far
these are inexpensive and work great so far. i installed in 2004 subaru legacy but still had binding. replaced transmission mount and installed aftermarket transmission mount insert from rallytek.com and that solved it. now it's like a little race cart. :) will try to report back if it fails earlier than expected.

Otherwise it LOOKS like a perfectly good axle
This was marked as fitting the 2004 Subaru Baja... but did NOT fit mine.Mine is a Manual transmission Turbo model. I suspect this axle may fit the auto or NA, but I needed TWO male splines to work.Probably just needs an update to the description and clarification in the Amazon database! Otherwise it LOOKS like a perfectly good axle! :)(Seller, if you can fix the description, I'll amend/remove my 1 star feedback)

... and save some money but i should have known better, cheap is expensive
I bought this to try and save some money but i should have known better, cheap is expensive. I repleace the axel on my 2000 Outback. It caused a bad vibration while sitting and under acceleration. At 50 mph it had a really bad vibration. I would not recommend this brand. I bought another brand off Amazon that was slightly more expensive and it works great.
