Tornado Fountain Pen Black Medium Point Nib

I use fountain pens every day; if you have your daily driver I have my daily writer and this pen is a classic. Clean lines, smart, chic and gets a comment every time I pull it out! Uses cartridge or charger for a clean ink flow and the medium nib is a good general purpose style. Love it!!

As a collector of fountain pens, I had been told that I should try one of these. So when I found it here on Amazon at a good price, I thought it was time to try it. After the requisite flush with some Dawn dish detergent, I inked it up and it writes beautifully. A nice wet line from the smooth German nib. I really like the knurled top cap on the Tornado pens. Very pleased with my purchase.

I actually ended up returning this pen because it came with a medium nib even though the description said it was fine. My rating is for Retro 51 in general. They make great pens, and I'm sure I would have liked the one I wanted.

Great fountain pen. Good balance a nice nub. This is a good starting point to enter the fountian pen world.

This is one of the best made for the price. I will always buy this over the more expensive ones because these are hard working pens that last!
