I have bought several of these over the years for myself and family members and friends. Helps stretching out and when you have areas that need extra deep muscle pain relief

I had this only for a couple of days and my knots in my shoulders, legs and arms feel so much better. You can use it when you are watching TV. I work in front of a computer everyday for 8 hours and it's the same process over and over again and my body has become very tense in my shoulder. It's very therapeutic and relieves the most stubborn of knots. I also, highly recommended this if you have a special someone to help you in the process. :)

I use this roller nightly to massage my calves and thighs, which are always difficult to massage thoroughly. It's the perfect size, not too big, not too small and has padded grips which helps it not slip out of my hands.The rollers move with ease.Highly recommended for people with tight leg muscles.

I had the original t-roller before they changed the name to range roller. The original one got so much use, it snapped in half. I bought this one from amazon, but the rollers seem to get stuck, and the inner plastic flakes off and makes a mess. I'll be looking elsewhere for a roller to replace this one.

This a great alternative to The Stick without the crazy price. Its firm yet flexible and is great for legs.

I love this little gadget more than any other muscle-massager I have tried. It's easier to use than a foam roller and still gets deep into muscles and knots. Hurts sooo GOOD!

Really helps for hard to reach areas and just feels good on my leg muscles.
