Not made for hot pans..a bit pricey
This was to be used as a hot plate..to protect the wood, I also put something on top of the bamboo before setting hot pan on it...it warped and the wood pieces are coming apart, I am thinking it was due to the heat, my bad... Anyway, it's an ok item, a bit pricey.
