I bought these because of Chris Gibson- he is an expert at skin care & I trust his opinion the most out of any other influencer I've seen. It's so simple & affordable, yet so very effective. It exfoliates so well & my face feels so clean & amazing afterwards. I use it with my current face wash.

I just got this and proceeded to wash my face after a long day at work. It definitely has a scrubby feeling but it's not like a brillo pad or anything, rather, you can tell it's sloughing off dead skin. I'm going to keep using it, carefully (as in not scrubbing my face too hard) and hopefully it will make my skin even nicer than it is - which is a good thing at any age but at 45, I'm extra grateful for that.

I started using this product about 2 weeks ago and have been impressed with how simple but effective it is. It exfoliates well and allows for better cleansing by sloughing off any dry or dead skin. It's not going to prevent a breakout, but it will improve the quality of your skin through daily exfoliation without harsh chemicals. I've went from washing my face twice a day to once at night, and I can feel my skin is smoother to the touch.I do have very mild eczema symptoms and found the Gentle version of this product appropriate for my uses, although I imagine some will still find the Gentle sponge too abrasive. If you're concerned I would take another step down to the Extra Gentle version of this product. I also recommend putting a reminder into your calendar for every 30 days to switch out your sponge for hygienic purposes.

I have been using these since I was a teenager, and nothing works better on your facial skin. I also use these on my elbows! Great product... Good Price... and they last a very long time. Two will last at least a year if you take care of them, I soak mine once a week in Sea Breeze and make sure that I clean them after each use with hot soapy water and rinse in cold water. One side is mild and the other side is rough to some people... You should use these sponges in a gentle circular motion with a good facial cleaner every night before bed time. Using these sponges to harshly can debride you facial skin, which can be very painful. Use a gel toner without any alcohol in it afterwards or you can use some plain old Vaseline!

I bought on a recommendation of a you tuber but I found it way to painful to use on my face...even lightly. I use on my feet now lol.

I have used this product for over 40 years starting when I was in my teen years when I had acne. I have always liked how it kept my face feeling soft and fresh and it helped a lot with the acne I had. As a much older lady I still use the Buf Puf to keep my face feeling fresh and smooth. I like it better than scrubs and other things I have tried. I will always use this product!

This is a great daily face scrub with whatever gentle wash you like to use (I use HelloBody's cleanser) . I use it instead of my clarisonic because it doesn't require all the maintenance. It comes in different sensitivities, so probably start with the most gentle one. Also you can use anywhere on body - I originally had these recommended to me to deal with my keratosis pilaris on arms and legs by my dermatologist.

The sponges I received were exactly as pictured. I have dry/normal skin and I got the gentle sponges. I use the sponge in the shower with my cleanser. They are perfect for medium exfoliation (light exfoliation if I'm gentle) and I noticed a difference in my skin after one use. My face was immediately brighter, smoother, and softer. I also use the sponge down my neck and chest. There is a separate body sponge but I have found that this sponge works fine for me to use on those areas.
