Chaps Men's Classic Fit Full-Zip Microfiber Jacket

Nice jacket with a lining. I was happy with it when I got it. Well done in every way except the zipper. Cheaply made zipper that can pull apart at the bottom very easily. It seems to repair itself but, if I had it to do over again, I would pass.

I like this jacket. It’s nicely made and fits fairly well. So why only three stars? The sleeves are about an inch too long, and the pockets are too shallow. For those reasons, I took off one star. My big beef is the color—it’s too far removed from what is shown in the description. I expected an attractive, light beige, color as shown—befitting a social setting. Instead, the color looks more industrial, like it belongs on a factory floor. For that reason, I subtracted two more stars. Like I said, it’s a nice jacket, so I’ll keep it and wear it to Home Depot and other mundane outings.

I cannot understand why American companies, and even the premium names like Chaps or Izod, put up with the absence of quality control. You would think they could at least provide patterns for various sizes and reject items that simply don't fit. This jacket looks good until you try it on and then it fails completely. It's over-sized and the sleeves are about 2+ inches too long. I would be willing to bet that going to a size smaller would only result in something too small to be comfortable. Think I've about given up on buying clothes online.

Nice look, washable, full zipper and casual. Been looking for a nice jacket for my man, but didn't want a sweatshirt or partial zipper. This jacket can be worn to church or anywhere. I find so many great things on Amazon.

I have been looking for a jacket similar to this for some time. I don't claim it to be perfect but it meets my needs. It packed well when I went on vacation. It looks presentable when I go out. My only complaint, and it is minor and personal, is that the buttons on the end of the sleeves are poorly spaced for me. One button leaves the sleeve way to loose and the other requires me to unbutton it to get my hand out of the sleeve. Velcro or similar would have been better for me.

While the jacket is made with quality craftsmanship, the size I ordered is marginal. I ordered a XXL, and while I can wear it, I find it seems like a small XXL, especially at the waist. Perhaps it is made that way intentionally, I'm not sure. Despite the size issue, it is a quality made jacket.

The outer material of the jacket is very very thin and it is loose, even slightly baggy, unattached from the inner material. I was walking down a narrow hall at work and something on a cubicle wall snagged the material on my shoulder it easily tore the thin material.

Fits well over regular shirts. Looks very nice. My only negative is there is only one interior pocket so cell, checkbook and/or passport would have to be in same pocket.

It's a well-made, stylish jacket but the medium size is a loose fit, and the colour is a shade darker than illustrated.
