Perfect for hand & wrist issues
I bought this rather pricey mouse after developing trigger finger and a pulled elbow leaving me with excruciating pain after a day of using a normal mouse. The installation involves doing nothing more than inserting the receiver into my Mac. I though it would take a while to get used to but surprisingly it took no time at all to adapt to this vertical mouse with rocker action. Really simple even for a 'mature' user who has never even used a gaming joystick. I use mine solely for ordinary computer use. Initially things didn't go too well, I seemed to be losing the connection constantly. However, as soon as I found a good mouse mat designed to be used with a laser mouse, all the issues went away and I got a very responsive action. My advice is to order a laser compatible mouse mat right away and look for an ergonomic wrist rest. I ordered the Kensington-Duo-Gel-Ergonomic-Compatible Mouse Mat from Amazon and now it works perfectly. Very happy. Pricey but excellent quality and highly recommended
