Authentic Pigment 14 oz. Pigment-Dyed Large Canvas Tote

This bag is nothing like the photo. The handles are NOT the same color as the overall bag. Also the dimensions are wrong. The bag measures 22 1/8 wide, 17 1/8 high, 6 inch deep. It does not stand alone…the material is very lightweight canvas. I would probably have liked the bag despite the bigger than advertised dimensions but the handles mismatched color bothers me because the picture is what sold me and it is NOT what I ended up with.If you want a fairly well made bag that can hold everything plus the kitchen sink, this bag is for you.

I am a preschool teacher, which sometimes gives you certain unfortunate Mom-ish tendencies, like the Massive, kitchen-sink-inclusive purse syndrome, where you just carry your life on your back (shoulder) all the time because what if someone needs ____? Anyway, this is that bag for me. I shouldnt have a purse like that, it's absurd actually because this thing is enormous, you could carry an undersized two-year-old in there for a short period, but thats part of what i love SO MUCH. i go to friends houses for the weekend a lot and its great because i just pack my purse and EVERYTHING FITS, including a laptop, 1-4 books, 2-4 changes of clothes including another pair of shoes, a toiletries bag, and, like, a kitten or something.Another thing I love is that even though as you can see it holds what a refugee needs, when i carry it it doesnt look that huge, like, it looks like I'm a college student, not a beleaguered laundry woman, it's amazing, small(ish) on the outside, huge on the inside.Also, though Ive had it for a year and carried thousands of pounds around the state in it and washed it countless times, the color is EXACTLY THE SAME and there IS NO TINY HOLE OR SINGLE THREAD OUT OF PLACE, it's amazing.There are places to put your smaller things like keys or earrings or pens, but it's not annoyingly adorned, it just has the inside top pocket that's like 4"x6" or something with the nice zipper and then the deep, nice front pocket which holds my phone, keys, pack of gum, several pens, even small moleskine if i really wanted. actually just thinking about it is making me think why don't i buy another one? ugh, purse syndrome. Seriously, best 12$ ever.

I bought three of these in different colors. A couple of times a week I travel to my second home and up until I ordered these I just threw things I needed into a reusable grocery bag or two. I know that's not the ultimate fashion statement but it was always easy to find a bag and use it until it got a hole worn into it. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner but I looked into "tote bags" on Amazon and after scrolling through a few different offerings I chose this. When the bags arrived I was blown away at how perfect they are...just PERFECT! I love the size, the handy pockets, both inside and out, the colors, the look...it even has one handy snap up top to secure your stuff. I absolutely LOVE this bag. No more plastic reusable grocery bags for me. These look like they'll last for many many years. If you do a lot of travelling but don't need a full set of luggage and aren't checking into a high end place...this is the tote bag for you. I'd give the bag six stars if I could. WELL DONE!!!

Omg I love this bag! I went to target, Sears, Walmart, Macy's, and jcpenny looking for a bag like this and could not find it anywhere! I was skeptical to order it online not being able to see how big it actually is but I read a lot of reviews and they were right, it is perfect! It is a BIG bag, but not too big that it is silly looking. I would say it's almost half the size of a duffel bag and almost twice the size of a regular tote. Great material, great color. Bigger than it appears in the picture, definitely more rectangular than square. But it is just like a tote in that if there is only one book in it it will stay small but easily expand for like five books and a change of clothes. Definitely recommend it to someone who needs to bring a lot of stuff to work, will easily hold a lunch box, change of shoes, books and a purse. BUY THIS BAG!!!

Love, love, love this bag! Only complaint is that I wish the zipper pocket was a little bigger. I can't fit both my phone and my wallet in it. But since my phone fits nicely in the outside pocket, I can live with it.Now for the pluses. It's very roomy, has space for one or two crochet projects plus other stuff like drink bottle, wallet, phone, snacks, etc. I've been having to go with my mom to the doctor, (and wait for her while she's there) and got this cuz I was tired of bringing 2-3 bags, and it works perfectly for that. Once the doctor thing is over with, I'm going to be using it to store the multiple crochet projects I'm working on at any given time, unless I need an overnight bag (would work great for that) or just a big tote to haul whatever in.Also, it is very sturdily constructed, and the poppy color is really nice - a little washed out, still a little bright, but not glaring.All in all, a great bag, just wish that zipper pocket was a little bigger.

This is a great canvas tote. I didn't really pay that much attention to the dimensions when I ordered this so it was a bit of a shock to me when it came. It was a lot bigger than I expected it to be, but since I've never been one to have issues filling up my purses or other bags, this isn't a problem for me. It's very sturdy, the stitching is nice and tight with no loose strings anywhere that I've noticed.Very nice red color, and for once I got RED, and not a dark pink or some shade of orange. It's RED. You can fill this up with whole bunch of beach stuff. It'll hold at least 2 beach towels along with your tablet, phone, a large water bottle, and all your other beach necessities. This tote would make a great weekend bag as well.....the uses are limitless. Makeup bag, computer bag (small computer, not a giant laptop), enough clothes to get you thru a day or two. Diaper bag, toddler bag, keep it in the trunk for those things you always leave the house without. Take it to the library to exchange your books (anyone do that anymore?), take it to the grocery store and use it as a grocery bag....carry your dirty laundry in it. On and on...A great tote and a real bargain for the price, too!
