Great Looking Flashlight With A Few Issues
I bought this flashlight mainly because it looked like a lightsaber. I wanted one dependable flashlight that looked cool around the house.— ISSUES —So here are the issues with this particular flashlight:1) They use two 18650 batteries, or four CR123A/16340 batteries. Don't know what those are? You have to search for them.2) You then have to buy a specific charger for these batteries.3) The cap end that screws in has a bad design. If you look at the product photos you will see two swirling pieces of metal. They are held in place through tension. Should you accidentally pop any out, you are basically screwed because it's very difficult to put them back in. I tried but couldn't and had to exchange it.4) You really have to screw in the cap all the way. I thought for the longest time my flashlight wasn't working, but it just requires a lot of screwing until it's finally in and makes a circuit.— MODES —There are four flashlight modes:• Turbo: 980 lumens• High: 470 lumens• Mid: 220 lumens• Low: 20 lumensWhen you turn it on it should be in flashlight mode. To cycle through these four flashlight modes, *hold the black button down for 1-2 second* and it will switch through the four brightness levels. There are also four emergency modes. *press the black button twice* to cycle through:• Strobe• SOS• Police Strobe• Slow FlashTo turn it off you have to be in flashlight mode, press button once to turn off.— HEAT —It's surprising how one LED can get hot so fast. If you have this on Turbo (the brightest), it will get hot within minutes. So unless you really need that much brightness, turn it down to a level that will do the job for each situation.— DESIGN —Looks wise, it's a pretty flashlight. The black is nice to hold. The silver parts help dissipates heat. It handles all my flashlight needs.— SUMMARY —While I use my iPhone for most flashlight needs, it's nice to have a dedicated flashlight as well.

My wife loves this light
Bought this light for my spouse and she absolutely loves it. She did not want a tacticool looking light. She leaves very early in the morning and travels all over the state working for the Department of Highways. She wanted a smaller flashlight that would be a great thrower just in case she needed it early and late evenings. This light is very comfortable to hold. Side switch is easy to use and very responsive. The two 18640 rechargeable batteries are side by side and makes the battery compartment rather wide, but fits her hand really well. The light is great thrower with a very good spill. The heat fins seems to work fairly well in keeping the light from getting too hot. I am concerned regarding the heat fins since they are kinda open in design that if this light is accidentally dropped into a mud, the muck would be hard to get out. There is a small screw that the head could be remove to clean inside. I certainly would not recommend this light for camping. This light is great for the car or around the house or for walking the dog. I also have the Sunwayman C10C, C20R, T20C and T40CS. All are superbly built and this T45c is no different. Anodizing on this light is awesome without any flaws and the red insert towards the front of the light makes it really stand out. If you want a dual battery light that's going to throw a light for a couple of hundred yards, then consider this light.

Nice light, but was dissapointed that for the price of the light it did not come with a carry case, considering other big brands of high output flashlights come with a case at a much cheaper price. I suppose they substituted the case for the batteries it comes with.
