Logan falls in love
Sydney Granger is now CEO of Granger Industries, while her brother is off searching for a pre-Incan culture. After receiving a ransom call from Silk Road she reaches out to Treasure Hunter Security in the hopes they can help. Logan instantly thinks this Ice princess CEO can’t be trusted but as time goes on he realizes there is more to her than what she projects to the world. A trip to Peru leads to a whirlwind of adventure and discoveries, both historical and emotional. This was a nonstop action adventure and I enjoyed it. This book focuses on finding Sydney's brother not on protecting an archeological dig, which was a nice change of pace for the series. Sydney is a very controlled and doesn’t open up easily, which given her past employment it makes since. Logan is the big, tough, wild man who doesn’t let himself trust women. These two had a lot of trust issues but it worked between them. I do wish their change in feelings of hate to attraction had not been so abrupt.I wish this book had been longer but I still really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to see Morgan fall in love and find happiness.

Great read don't miss it...
This is Logan's and Sydney's story. And the best I think. That is not to say that the first two in this series weren't great.I just love Logan's tough ways, and how he and Sydney run thru all the emotions from distrust, dislike to trust, and finding the loveboth didn't think they deserved. There is a lot of action. I don't want to saw much more or it will take away from this great story. The only thing I would change in any of the books I have read in this great series would be to make the books longer.some of the romance is pretty fast coming for both of the characters. I have read the first three now and it is the same in each bookEven so love the series and the way Anna Hackett has the history of each adventure. You learn a lot with each book.

A great opposites attract romance!
Series: Hell Squad #3--What’s Going On--Sydney Granger's brother has been kidnapped by Silk Road and she needs to get to Peru fast. She hires Treasure Hunter Security to help her find her brother--What are the Issues--Logan O'Connor has a lot of trust issues surrounding his time in the Navy SEALs when he trusted the wrong woman. She betrayed him and set his team up for an ambush. Now he doesn't trust women and he hates anyone who lies to him. Sydney has just lost her father and now her brother -- her only family -- has been kidnapped and she's desperate to get him back. But Sydney has secrets in her past and she's not used to getting close to anyone.--What I Liked--I liked that this one was different in the sense that they weren't working with archeologists and that our main character, Sydney, wasn't on an exploration. Instead, her brother is the history nerd who's gotten in over his head with the Silk Road. I really liked Sydney because I could relate to her in a lot of ways. Her manner of keeping her emotions in check and not making connections easy is relatable to me so I felt really connected with Sydney. Logan has been in the previous books and often described as wild and this one didn't let me down; in fact, Sydney calls him Wild Man throughout. I also enjoyed their opposites attract relationship with the classy, reserved Sydney and the wild, gruff Logan.--What I Would Have Liked--I would have loved another scene with Darcy and her "annoying" Special Agent but this one focused more on setting up Morgan for the next book. I have really wanted to know more about Morgan so I'm not to put out by this. I can't wait to see who gets paired up with the tough Morgan.

Logan meets his match
Unexplored is the third in the Treasure Hunter Security series and focuses on Logan O'Conner and Sydney Granger. Sydney is the CEO of her late father's company Granger Industries. She receives a call from a man claiming to have kidnapped her brother Drew and is holding him for ransom in the name of the Silk Road and she must pay the ransom in person in Peru. She does a web search for Silk Road and finds articles about their plots being disrupted by Treasure Hunter Security; with that information she makes an appointment with THS and flies to Denver. Logan has just returned from the Gobi Desert and a job there only to be told by Darcy that a client is arriving any time. From his first good look at Sydney, Logan knows they are polar opposites; she's high class and he's beer class, but that doesn't stop the attraction. Logan however is determined to find Drew and return him home, Sydney is determined to go with him all the way to the High Andes to locate the ruins Drew has left clues for her to search for him. Silk Road is dogging their every turn with deadly danger and cruelty. Fast paced and sexy with a strong back story of history and mystery. Another great, fast read from Anna Hackett.

"If dreams were wishes and wishes came true..."
...I believe Logan would be tops on my wish list!CEO Sydney Granger hired Treasure Hunter Security to rescue her brother from kidnappers. Silk Road wants $5,000,000 in ransom money. Logan O'Connor, haunted by a previous betrayal, doesn't trust women, especially when they're hiding something. Sydney is definitely hiding something! Logan is a big, untamable force of nature. Sydney is a slim sophisticate who doesn't look as if she's done a lick of work. SO out of Logan's league! But the attraction is there. In seeking clues to find where her brother might be, Sydney and the Treasure Hunter Security crew run into all kinds of danger. Where is her brother? As with any treasure hunt, finding clues and interpreting them correctly is the way to succeed. There are many edge-of-your-seat thrills as they make their way toward the Warriors of the Clouds. And I love the single-minded focus of a big man who has fallen hard!Anna Hackett takes this adventure to a satisfying conclusion with unexpected twists and turns along the way. The attention to detail in researching the Peruvian Andes is readily apparent [this started a side adventure to learn more, myself] and greatly appreciated. This is not to be missed!

'You ignite me Logan'
I didn't like this book as much as others in the series, not because there is anything wrong with it, simply because I found Sydney difficult to like.I did however love Logan, a typical growly Alpha who has no idea how falling in love is possible! You cannot help but fall for him and his confusion.

New to this author
I'm new to this author but actually really enjoying the books . And live the details of the places they go and the history they find as much as the individual relationship's of the characters

Beauty and the Beast!
Logan is another ex seal who has found his post military career with THS. He is tough and wild and laughed as first Declan and the Callum have fallen in love. He doesn't believe in love and is quite happy to have a different girl in his bed every night. Given the responsibility of guiding an expedition into the Andes to find the missing archaeologist brother of socialite CEO Sydney GrangerThe problem is that Sydney hasn't told him everything she knows and he is suspicious! This is the third in the THS series and is again filled with action and adventure while another seal meets his match!I am a fan of Ms Hackett's SciFi books and this is quite a change from those but, I have to say, a good change. I find myself caught from the beginning and just hang on and enjoy the ride!

Highly recommended read.
Of the Treasure Hunter Security personnel, Logan was the one I was least interested in when I started the series. I love being proved wrong about a character. "Unexplored" is a jam-packed action-adventure, romance, spiced with a dash of humor and delicious teasers for future adventures still to come.
