Rucksack
I read the reviews as I always do before making a purchase. Most people were complaining that it was used. Previously issued means used.I ordered one and at the pricepoint itās a great value. It showed up in great condition with nothing broken or frayed, I am going to wash it though. I liked it so much that I bought another one to give to my Dad. His showed up in the same shape. Nothing broken, just needs a wash.Highly recommend!

Great military issued ruksack
It was used but it looked like it was well cared for. The overall product was military grade quality and I can confirm it was a military issued item. It was clean and contained all necessary working pieces. - veteran 23 years

Excellent Go Bag - Updated
If you watch some YouTube videos on how to actually configure it for your frame size, this is an excellent rucksack. So much storage compared to the large Alice pack I used to use. For camping or as a go bag you have to be careful not to overload it. It would literally hold the kitchen sink.Update: After a week long hike in camping trip, this bag is excellent. Water resistant (and man did it rain), easy to fit all the gear you need and highly adjustable and customizable. Yeah, I know, the fanny pack is crooked, rough morning.

Old NCO Wants to Start Rucking Again
As a long-retired NCO, I thought it would be "fun" to get back into rucking. I know, how stupid does that sound, right? Looking at the civilian ruck options like GoRuck, I was flabbergasted at the cost it would require just to torture myself on a Saturday morning. $255 for a ruck sack that holds metal plates which are $105 per 20# plate. I was not interested in investing $450-$500 bucks just to create my own shin splints.I found this Ozark Outdoorz company selling actual Army issued rucksacks for $63.00. I threw in a few 10# medicine balls I already owned ($15 per) and BAM! I'm ready to ruck.Everything was preassembled, clean, and in working order. I found only a small stain which I think will wash right out. The best part? Unlike a dedicated civilian ruck, I can take this bad boy camping, hiking, or set it up as a bug-out bag. Airborne to Ozark Outdoorz! They saved me about $400!

Just as described plus some.
This came exactly as describe in the description without a rip or crack, plus sustainment pouches on both sides. The item was previously issued which I find to be a cool aspect personally. If only the ruck could talk⦠what kind of stories would it tell? Did it see combat, was it used during a selection course of sorts, etc.?
