I got this for my motorcycle and it worked great for the headers. Given how wide these straps are it is easier to apply and goes a lot further with overlapping. I had a enough to do the headers on my new bike as well. The clamps look small but do the job and have held up thus far issue free going on almost a year.You want to soak this in water and wear gloves when applying it. The little fibers get itchy without gloves and the dark color will stain your skin as well. I like the darker color and once applied and dried out it has a charcoal appearance to it. I also bought a black silicon header wrap sealant to keep the little fuzzies down and complete the blackout look.

Works as expected. The wrap was easy to install and it has definitely helped. I would recommend wearing some gloves because the fiberglass does tend to get on you. I put wrap on my Ducati 749 pipes just before they merge into the muffler. The heat used to be really bad on my hamstring area especially on a hot summer day. This wrap did not completely eliminate the problem but it made it a lot lot better. I soaked the wrap in water for 5 min before installing so I could get it nice and tight. I overlapped about 1/2 inch. Worked like a Charm

I've used a couple of cheaper fiberglass header wraps that turned out better. I understand that this is still on the cheap end of the scale, but at twice the cost of those wraps I had expected better results. After burn-in (running to temp and steaming away the water) everything was good. After 2 days of normal running however, I'm developing white spots at the bends closest to the head. It's a crap shoot at this price range, but I expected better.

Easy to install, does it's job. Black color faded quickly to an off gray. Still looks cool, but if you care about it staying jet black then I would look elsewhere.

This wrap installed easily and looks great on our old 883. We did use different fasteners for looks and for stability since Harleys tend to vibrate quite a bit.

Work good did not come with instruction had to youtub it.
