I like that it feels slightly cool even without putting it in the freezer/refrigerator (which is allowed according to the instructions that came with it). Also, I like that it blocks out the light which is what I need when I have a migraine. The only feature that I would say needs improvement is the life of the battery. No matter how long it charges, it only vibrates for 30 minutes and then stops. I have a pair of those migraine goggles that I got for Christmas one year and they don't stop vibrating until you turn them off and the battery life is amazing!

I have daily headaches and after reading many reviews I decided to buy this product. I have used it twice now with absolutely no relief. In fact it made my headaches worse. When I first took it out of the box and fully charged it and used it a day later the smell on the product was bad and intensified my headache. The second time I used it the smell had abated but it didn't help at all. I tried all the different settings, I wore it normally, I put it above my eyes to vibrate the forehead all to no avail, I went to bed with a headache that evolved into a migraine. I will be returning this product ASAP.

I wish the battery live of this mask was longer on a full charge. I love the fit and results of this mask. It's so calming and the vibrations put me to sleep!

My husband loves how comfortable it fits.

Had to return it. It was pressing on my eyeballs. If there was a larger size it may have worked ok. I'm sticking to just cold packs.

It’s amazing how much this helps with my migraines. Just wish they had a heat pack that came with it too.

It only runs for a short time before needing re-charging.

I can't sleep anymore but this product helps calm my mind and puts me to sleep
