Censored. Good book nevertheless.
This book is censored. And I don't mean "redrawn" censored so you don't notice it, or intentionally censored for comedic purposes. It just straight up has mosaics over some pages. NOT a fan.Soapbox aside, this is much better than your average Hack/Slash story. I don't have experience with the Army of Darkness comics to compare to, but they certainly make Ash seem a LOT dumber than he is in the movie. Still, it's an entertaining book. Just wish publishers would grow some balls and stop censoring nudity unnecessarily. We have uncensored bloody heads and guts in this book. C'mon.

My fiance loves Army of Darkness and he loves Hack/Slash. Put them together and of course he is happy! I gave him this for Christmas and he was excited because he did not know this even existed. I love it when I can surprise him with a graphic novel he does not yet have and actually enjoys. He has so many that it can be really hard!

Shipping ruined my cover
Wouldn't say its better then the original Hack/Slash series by any means, but if your already a fan then you know there isn't much Cassis content out there and its nice to get my hands on some more of it. Also if, like me, you are a fan of the Evil Dead series then you have to be happy just to see this made. The physical book seems to have scratches and a dent in the front, I supposedly bought it new so I am disappointed to see this but the rest is in good condition.

A fantastic "Hack/Ash" story
An astonishingly good follow up to the finale of "Hack/Slash"; "Army of Darkness Vs. Hack / Slash" is a good AoD book but a better continutation of Cassie Hack's story. It hits some classic AoD beats, and manages to blend the AoD story into the world of Hack/Slash really well. The characters and their interaction is perfect, and you can really hear Bruce Campbell in every word that Ash says, and Cassie feels familiar and on point. The art is also very consistent, and is always well done.If you're looking for serious gore, action and some surprisingly serious feelings watching Ash cameo in Cassie's world, then this book is for you, but be warned that it is much heavier on the Hack then the Ash.

Get your boom stick and cut this book open already!
Combined two of my favorite comic properties, I had always wondered if Hack/Slash was inspired by AOD. Loved this book!

Though Ash does seem a bit like an old pervert and slighly childish
Ash and Hack hit the road and kill deadites/Slashers. Does what it says on the tin. Though Ash does seem a bit like an old pervert and slighly childish, but jolly good fun none the less.

LOVE this series
LOVE this series. I mistakenly purchased this out of order from the omnibus versions, but the story lines were still easy to follow, and the drawing was just as great as the other volumes.

Leitura ótima, acabamento deixou a desejar
O conteúdo da revista é ótimo, especialmente para quem já era fã da Cassie Hack. O que deixou a desejar foi o acabamento da revista: no meio da leitura, a capa descolou do restante da revista. Agora estou procurando uma cola apropriada para colar de volta.
