I got these bands for a couple of reasons. 1) I was in the market to get loop bands to add to my workout; 2) These were by far the best priced ones available with 3) free ebook and workouts to go along with the bands. I had a handful of excises I knew I could use these for but the book and workouts made my purchase even better! great product

I bought a similar set but the elasticity/thickness is less with this product.I mean I FEEL like I'm stronger.. who knows maybe that's it

I travel often for work, and these bands come in a travel pouch that takes up very little room in my suitcase! The bands are marked for the level of resistance, and you can go to the xtrainfit website and watch workout videos that show you how to use the bands.

I purchased these bands last month to give me some additional options for workouts at home. Great bands for the price! Very easy to use and each bands has clear markings of intensity and strength. Even comes in a nice carrying bag. Good Buy.

These are very lightweight bands. Not heavy duty at all. I have to put two bands on just to get the resistance needed for a regular yellow band.

The bands arrived quickly and come in a nice small pouch. The workout instructional videos on the Xtrainfit.tv site helped to demonstrate how use the bans correctly. You can take this workout anywhere. Love them!
