Works well and looks good. It only holds about 3 gallons.

I bought this to brew 5 gal batches of Kombucha. however, it does not hold 5 gallons -maybe 3 - 3 1/2. Still, That works fine and I just use all the ingredients for 5 gal in 3 gal and top off my 5 gal keg with water after I rack it from the tea dispenser. Lots of great things about this: 1) it's less expensive and weighs less than comparable wide mouth glass jugs, 2) its spigot is high enough to get a glass under for testing and If I wanted to I could yank the spigot out and stick in a hose barb connector for racking. As it is I just stick it out over the edge of a table and let it drop into the keg. 3) it's stainless, so it's easy to clean and it efficiently transmits the heat from my fermentation heater strip that I taped to the side, 4) it provides a wide opening at top, so your SCOBY gets freakin' Yuuuuge (and kinda scary), 5) the handles make it easy to carry, 6) the label that says "Iced Tea" is NOT on the thing -it comes separately. 7) It's built for restaurant use, so it's sturdy, but not heavy (like a carboy!) and 8) I just like the thing and I'm mighty damn proud of myself for figuring out this superior alternative to glass jugs.

I purchased two of these for an event I hosted. The Pros:Great size if you plan to serve a lot and don't want to constantly refill a dispenser. The spigot sits up high enough to get a good sized glass under it. The dispensers are not heavy so easy to transport and the handles are sturdy. The pictures shows an ice tea sticker on the dispenser but the sticker is icluded but not affixed to the dispenser giving the option to use it or not. I chose not to use the sticker since I used them for water and lemonade.The Cons: These dispensers are not insulated so you need to add ice to keep liquids cold and the dispenser "sweats". While I have not used them for hot beverages I suspect the beverages would not stay hot for very long and the outside of the dispenser would be hot to the touch. The lids do not fit tightly. The dispensers are a little tall to refill while on a table.Overall, these are very good quality!

We have been trying different tea dispensers at our church for months. Everything eventually breaks. We bought this because it has quality parts. So far it has held up wonderfully. The spigot is good quality. Nice professional look.

We purchased two of these for church. Wow! loved them! They look great (we did not use the tea stickers). We didn't have to run back and forth filling the drink containers like usual. The volunteers and staff loved them too. thank you

The steel is very thin but it does the job.

Listing says it is made in USA, yet the package it came with says, in large, bold letters, "Made in China." The container doesn't have anything about where it is made from, and the only thing it has is a quality control check in the USA. How deceiving.
