The envelope is made for your selected tablet product, and fits tight enought to hold it without falling out easily, and after a few uses, loose enough to take easily in and out. It's brown, but the one I received is such a dark brown that in most lighting conditions it looks black, but it's just an envelope. Kyasi falls all over the place to be certain the buyers are satisfied. After a few weeks of daily in and out use, I find it to do a more than adequate job and seems durable.To all the reviewers who complained because they couldn't fit their iPad in this product with other protections or magnetic covers attached: You are idiots. This is just a sleeve, an envelope, to protect your light-weight product from getting scratched, dirty and messed up when not in use. My briefcase, suitcase, backback, padfolio and shoulder bag all have padded areas for tablets or laptops, but you might not want the tablet screen exposed to loose pens, coins, staples or other things that make the surface not nice. Yet to put this in a heavy cover would seem to defeat the idea of an IPad "AIR" being light weight. I've heard of dressing in layers when walking outside in uncertain weather, but not as a concept to carry a tablet.But this is not an added holder if you have another protector, cover, or case already installed. If you have a cover on the IPad, you don't need a sleeve.

It was to tight for my iPad air to fit. Dimensions on the description doesn't match what I received. It doesn't make much sense to return the $10 item and pay $9 for shipping.

This is kind of like an envelope for the iPad Air. It will not fit other types of iPads as they're too thick. This is good for people are are very gentle with their iPads, but for regular or heavy use I don't think it provides a lot of protection. To use the device, you have to remove it from the case. So, if you're child free and use it for light or occasional use, this would be the case for you.

I was expecting the material to be a little more "heavy duty" for lack of a better word. It fit my ipad just fine, but it seemed thin. It serves me well as far as protection against scratches when transporting. But if I had an additional cover on it to protect it when dropped, it wont fit in here. I am submitting this review after receiving this product at a discounted rate for an honest review.

This is seriously my new favorite product.While many people have been using this as an IPAD Air protector, I decided to use it for my new Kindle Paperwhite tablet and love it.I already have a regular Kindle protector, but was searching for something for my Kindle Paperwhite when I spotted this. The price was right and I loved the other reviews so I decided to give it a try and its perfect.The tote case cover looks very expensive (although its not) and I am thrilled that no animals had to die to make this one.Its very convenient to carry around as it weighs nothing but somehow still manages to protect my Kindle.Looks stylish and I am not afraid to pull it out anywhere I go.A wonderful addition for me.

This is an ideal cover if what you are looking for is something light which does not add significantly to the bulk of the iPad. It is very nicely made, with even stitching around the outside. Although faux leather it does give a very good impersonation of the real thing and from its appearance nobody is going to know the difference. I would judge it to be very smart and will look the part in a business meeting.The fit of this case is very good and Kyasi demonstrate their faith in their product by offering a lifetime guarantee which is very unusual for a case of this type.
