Good item, as advertised
We'd struggled to get a good large knife block which actually looks like the photos but this one looks great. It is sturdy and feels solid. Good quality and looks good. Actually looks like it is advertised. There was quite a lot of wood dust inside it so you need to be careful but I'm sure it will be OK after a good clean. Looks smart and I'm glad to have one which has so many slots. Recommended.

Love it!
We love this knife block, we needed a new block to take our current knives and they fit in perfectly, it looks great on the work-surface, it very heavy and sturdy, great quality, would highly recommend.

Well made value for money
The product is well made very sturdy will not move if accidentally pushed the knifes will not spill. Pleased with the product keeps all the knifes together so not looking for a individual knife. Product value for money every kitchen needs one.

Knife Block Just Great
Bought for mum who had a variety of knives but no block - this accommodates all her knives - its very sturdy and made beautifully - mums loves it

Great quality and substantial
The knife block was much better quality than I expected. It is substantial, well made of solid wood and is heavy. It takes knives of varying lengths but one thing to note is that there is no knife stop at the bottom of each slot so care is needed not to insert an over-length knife into the slot otherwise it could damage the work surface underneath. (we stand ours on a piece of slate for protection).

Knife block.
Been hunting for a block for ages, usually use sabatier knives which have their own block but have acquired a few others at different points.While it isn't cheap it is well made and has plenty of room and will last well.

I got this for my big and steak knives as my drawer was a mess Exactly what I needed. Knives fit perfectly leaving my drawer much tidy. Very good quality and extremely heavy. Very pleased would highly recommend

Excellent workmanship.
This is exactly what I was looking for to hold (display) all my Japanese knives. I didn't need nor want a honing rod or scissor slot to interrupt the appearance of this block. It is a very eye pleasing upright design. The small end can accommodate a 7" blade length; the tall end can take an 11" blade length. It is hard to find a "knife only" design like this, in fact, this may be the only model like this out there. It is uncommonly rich and stately and will compliment your favorite knives.
