Spider-Man Noir: The Complete Collection

I just got mine today. I am so glad I pre-ordered. It came in an Amazon bubble envelope and arrived in near perfect condition. I say "near perfect" because it is a slightly "warpy" but should flatten out nicely with some books piled on it for a while. After watching "Into the Spider-Verse" I needed more Spider-Man Noir. I had never read any of the books about the character before, so I was happy to see all of the stories collected in one book. I can't wait to dive in to this. The book is just beautiful.

This book is a really fun and interesting read. You see all the classic spider-allies/villains but with a different backstory/twist to be more fitting of the time frame. The adventure itself is fun and you actually get several complete story arcs in this book. It has all four Spider-Noir issues, all four Eyes Without a Face issues, plus a few standalone issues or stories that involved Spider-Man Noir.If you like the Spider-Man/Spider-Verse stories at all, I definitely recommend this collection.

Bought the Kindle version 1st, but I couldn't see all the yummy details so bought the paper copy and I love it!The only complaint I have is the artwork for 'Edge of the spider-verse #1' Compared to the other comic artist in the book theirs is bland. This version of Spiderman is my favorite, especially how his powers are mystical, not radioactive. I love this version of Felicia Hardy/'White Widow'!

The art in this book is stunning, from beautiful to grotesque when it needs to be. These stories challenge the morals of this young Spider-Man, bittered by the vicious murder of his Uncle Ben and hardened by the harsh world of his time. Except the last two, which tie into the Spider-Verse comic event and it's sequel Spider-Geddon which don't feel right in this book at all. I fell in love with the concept of Noir Spidey from the Shattered Dimensions video game and since he got a new comic series this March, decided to pick this up and am not disappointed. Mostly... White Widow? Seriously?

I thought this was going to be a boring book, boy was I wrong makes you want to read the whole story beginning to end... worth the buy and worth the read over and over again

The Noir genre is one of the darkest narratives hardboiled men and women who grew up during the Great Depression. They didn't take crap from anyone and weren't afraid to use a gun, much like Spider-Man in this collection of stories. Like most of the Parkers bitten by the Spider whether an ancient god or radioactive spider. This one has had his problems, but has grown along the way.

Recieved much quicker than estimated and was in stellar shape. This will make a great 12 year old very happy. He had read one and wished there were more. Dad told him, sorry they were out of print and would be next to impossible to find. He isnt collecting so this was a great alternative to the one listed over $200.😉😊 Thank you for packing it so well. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Really good read for someone just getting into Spider-man Noir or just someone who already likes it. You get a few story arcs that go together compared to some that jump around so much you can't keep up. Amazing art as well. Thought it might be black and white but it's all colored. Loads of awesome villains also with the Noir twist.

Perfect amount of grit and character. Wish they had more content for this version of spiderman. Maybe nic cage will do a solo movie from spiderverse.
