I've purchased 2 of these firm yet comfortable cushions so far, one for home and one for the office. At home, I sometimes carry it around with me so that I can have it under my bum whenever I plot it down somewhere. Using it has had a noticeable effect on my posture when seated (which accounts for A LOT of my time), and translates into less lower back pain. I've tried other seat cushions and this one distinguishes itself in being firmer and wider, hence translating into more stability while seated. I will say that if you are looking for something soft and cushy like a memory foam pillow, this may not be the best choice for you.

I bruised my tailbone, and after a month of suffering through it, I caved and bought this cushion. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised! It's a dense memory foam, so it doesn't flatten out. It's nice and wide. It's super comfy in my work chair and blends in because it's black like my chair. And it doesn't look like a hemorrhoid pillow, so that's a plus!I'm ordering a second one to keep at home. I can tell the difference when I don't use it.

Oh this is great. VERY firm. About 3-9ish inches high / maybe four. Very black.The hold in the back is larger than most and although I'm only 5'4" tall and 125 poundsI appreciate that. I don't know if this will help my back pain but I'm hopeful - verysure it will. I sit A LOT during the day and am eager to try something that mightmake a difference. Equal in quality with the Chai’s Choice and the Love Home, this one was wide enough and came in black (what I wanted).It also had just a tad of contour cut into it and a much larger hole size in the back / which I appreciated. It’s not small like Love Home and not mushy/compresses easily like the Aylio.It’s my personal favorite.I hope these reviews helped all y’all decide. If you want small and high and firm, go with the Love Home. If you want thinner and very wide and mushier go with Aylio. This was exactly what I needed for my office chair that I sit in 8-9 hours per day. I can't believe what a difference it makes. Firm, yet cushy and very supportive. My only issue is how my butt doesn't fall asleep during the day anymore... so it keeps me up all night! haha I CRACK myself up! Okay, okay, I apologize. BUTT seriously folks, I've already recommended the uSeat cushion to my boss. Through the magic of Amazon Prime, she's already received it and her hiney is equally happy. The cushion is made well and priced very fairly. Highly recommended.

This past May, I purchased SImplePosture's uSeat and the Backguard in preparation for a business trip to South Africa. I had been experiencing more frequent and prolonged episodes of back pain after my domestic flights. My research and purchase was rewarded: no back pain, no hip pain. None. So, for every trip thereafter (1-2 times/month), these cushions are my most important travel items. My wish for the manufacturer is to design and produce a travel case to store and carry these cushions (with room for a neck cushion). Until I found such an item from another vendor of travel gear, it was a struggle (and at times embarrassing) to use large totes or paper bags. I simply would not - an will not - travel without my cushions. Thank you!

It's rare that a seller goes above and beyond...but this seller DID! I appreciated the prompt delivery AND the two emails I received just making sure I was satisfied. And the cushion is exactly what I needed. My tailbone has killed me for one year, and using this cushion is actually relieving the pain. Plus, it's easy to take with me to work and church. I'm telling you, this pillow has done more for my tailbone pain than the injection of cortisone I received. I wish I would have purchased it sooner!

Let me start by saying I ordered two of these pillows separately and the one I got a couple months ago was perfect good quality and real firm, and the one I got recently is cheap and not comfortable so because of that I am not giving it a good review and when I contacted the seller nothing happened smh

I've been using it for about a week so far and love it. It turns almost any chair into a partially ergonomic office chair. I can sit for long periods of time without pain or numbness while working.I also use it for meditation, and find that it helps me get the perfect posture without hurting my knees or lower back at all. I've tried other meditation cushions and they just didn't do nearly what this one does for my comfort and posture.I'd highly recommend this to anyone sitting for long periods of time - and it's a great supplement or alternative to those $400+ ergonomic office chairs.
