They were comfortable and clear on my end. However, whoever was receiving my call would hear themselves echo. It didn't matter if I called a land line or cell phone. The other party I was calling would hear an echo whenever they talked into their phone. So weird. We bought 2 and it happened on both bluetooth headsets. We called different people to test them out and everybody would say they heard an echo whenever they were talking, not when I was talking.

I am extremely impressed with the Scinex gLite bluetooth headset. The noise cancelling is excellent. I actually use it while driving my convertible with the roof down and callers say they the sound quality is really good and there is almost no background noise. I use the my gLite paired to my Android phone using Android Auto. The bluetooth connection has been rock solid too. All I have to do is press the button on the side of the headset for 3 seconds until I hear the chime, wait for the beep from Google Assistant and speak a command. It works surprisingly well. The headset can be easily adjusted, by flipping the earpiece around, so that it can be worn on the left or right ear. It's not great for listening to music, but that's not really what it's designed for. The built in voice that announces that the headset is on, or off, or connected etc is pleasant and isn't the weird accented Chinese English you'll hear from other devices. For the price this is an amazingly refined and accomplished headset that's easy to use and really robust. I highly recommend it.

I bought this to be able to work from home during COVID. I appreciate the size, its small and compact. It has so-so battery life. Heed the warning when it says low battery, it will die within 15 minutes or so. There isn't a visual low batter indicator, which would be ideal. It can be a little uncomfortable, so I usually move it from 1 ear to the other half way through the day. It did come with different sized earbuds. Connectivity is simple. I get pretty good feedback from the people I am talking to, they say they can hear me well. I have noticed though, that if I walk around my house, the connection fades. Overall, its a good buy- affordable, comfortable. Just dont walk too far away from your connection point!

Changing my original review. I've now had the product 2 months and it now breaks up. People can't hear me or understand what I'm saying. Sometimes its the other way around. Nothing but trash nowPairs easily. I pair with 2 phones really like that it immediately connects to both when i turn it on. Battery life has been great. The only thing i dislike is if I'm talking on one phone and the other phone receives a call the person your currently talking to can't hear you and starts going hello hello

Like some other reviewers, I've found that some folks on the other end hear an echo of themselves. This has happened in Google Hangouts, and on phone calls. It's inconsistent though. Otherwise, folks have reported crystal clear reception of my voice. I can work with the inconsistencies. The company is non-responsive to me, so I'm left to suspect they're dodging us. Fortunately, Amazon will hold to their service commitment, and will allow me to return the product. Shame though... it's a pretty sweet little ear piece.

Bought this to replace a remanufactured Plantronics device I'd had for a couple of years that callers would occasionally claim to be unable to hear me, even though I could hear them (you get what you pay for, I guess). So far, I haven't had that problem with this device so I'm very happy about that. Also, I can hear my callers clearly and that's a huge plus. Battery life seems good, I can use this device for several calls throughout the day without needing to recharge.

I bought one of these 13 months ago. I use it at work performing security in a public building. It works flawlessly every day. I wear it for nine hours, so I have about 2500 hours of use on it. It last my whole shift being constantly used for either calls or listening to audiobooks. I like that I can Bluetooth it to two devices. I switch back and forth between my laptop and cell all day. I have had to replace it though because the buttons started sticking. I was wanting one for home, so I bought the exact model and because I don’t have to mute fifty times a day, the one with sticking buttons works great at home. For the price, you can’t beat it.

The Plantronics I have been buying for years, it works (Legend) really great. I get about 6 months out of them im rather ruff with them wear them for work. Sweat, rain, dropping just great. Its when you start putting it into your pocket that it starts falling apart the ear bud falls off or it winds up in the wash. So you have to get over it an wear it.I bought the Scinex gLite because it was cheap and it looked the same, so I gave it shot. The first one lasted a couple of months so I ordered two more to have them on hand. The product is beyond inferior its a waste of money even though its about half the price. Pay for the best and I have tried them all. Plantronics are the best.
