I contacted Mccormick and because of covid shortages my favorite roasted garlic bell pepper spice is out of stock seemingly everywhere near me. This is close to the Mccormick Roasted Garlic Bell pepper spice. This is an acceptable substitute. I'll prob buy the larger container next. I'm a garlic-a-holic. I put some form of garlic on nearly everything I eat... I might even keep it in my garlic repertoire once the Mccormick is available again. I have about 6 plus different garlic spices in my cupboard at all times.

It taste great. I sprinkle almost every food with it.

My mom loved it and she is an excellent cook.

I have tried this several times on meats and find it tasty. I used it on both chicken tenders and porl tenderloin.

I was looking for something a little different, was not able to use with my recipes, but my friends found this seasoning exceptional.

This was good, but easily could be made at home.

It tastes like Seasoned Salt mixed with a citrus seasoning and a little sugar. I did not taste bell pepper or garlic. Let alone ROASTED. I can buy Mccormick or Lawry's Seasoned Salt at the grocery store for half the price. Disappointing and another company lying and making millions.
