FILTER OIL 103887901 (replaced #1016467)

I received this filter on April 18 2019 and was going to install it today. Unfortunately it is 1/2" larger in diameter than the filter I need to replace. I double checked all the numbers and I ordered the correct filter. The box it arrived in is marked with the correct numbers but it is the wrong size. The time window I had to return it has expired so I guess I am out $16.44. Very disappointed..
