Planetico Extra Collar only for PL-774 Training Collar, Does Not Include Remote Control

This is the Best Product I have ever purchase, the seller stands in front of their Product 150%, The remote fell out of my pocket, I went back retrace our walk for a hour I did not find the remote, I thought all was lost I sent a review to the seller how Pleased I am with my product and was trying to find out if I could buy a replacement..OMG. the seller sent me a note..They are not leaving me hanging along and are sending me a replacement FREE of charge OH HAPPY DAY...! Thank you so much for reading all of your reviews, we the customers could not do the walks we do if not for you and your company providing the equipment that we need to care of our fur babies, Gucci is a different type of Blood Line First in the United States, he is from China he is a Pitt bull a big one at that, he stands on his hind legs and look into the back door, his present weight is 60 pounds his Beautiful, Im training him to protect his family not to hurt anymore just to make the Bad people think Twice before they entering our home, Gucci is a in house baby and my son.in a few day Gucci and I will be able to return to our 5 days of week walking. We purchase this training collar at the beginning of April, it worked amazingly and all of a sudden started beeping on its own, I emailed planetico and within five days received a replacement.This collar is extremely useful especially if you have a high-energy dog like our Springer Spaniel Poodle mix. All I have to do is beep the collar and she comes right back to me, the vibration Works in most cases and I've only had to use the shock when she tries to explore the road.I would recommend this collar based on how well ease of training has become with my dog, not to mention the amazing responsiveness and customer service of Planet Co.

I have had this product for 1.5 months.I have to say, I am overall happy with the product. Particularly with the battery life (daily use for about 1-2 hours, once a week charge) and the range. I also like the ease of use and the display. It is very easy to synchronize. I also like the vibration. It vibrates a little longer the types of e-collars I've used before. The beep goes off twice when pressed. I like it too. The antenna is designed in a single piece where it can't break off easily. I am overall happy with this product so far and the display design is practical, easy and pretty. Both parts can be charged at the same time and it takes about two hours for the receiver. The transmitter lasts longer and gets charged quicker.I was skeptical at first. The transmitter seemed a little light and fragile. To be frank, it felt a little cheap.I was also a little disappointed by the actual collar. It is no different than the one you buy for $15. However, it is easy to put on and it gets the job done. Another little thing I would like to add is that most e-collars in this price range (yes, I have had a few) come with a little string for hanging them around my neck. It didn't come with one, so I had to take it off my previous e-collar. This is really minor, but it would be nice if it was added for $65.I would give it 4.5 for the minor things mentioned above. However, so far it works great and it is a 5/5 for overall practical functionality. If something goes wrong, I will write a follow up review!I think it is a good product. I like it.

I love the dog training collar. It has really changed our lives for the better. She always was jumping up on people and chasing whatever and whomever was on our street, including vehicles, but now as soon as she sees the remote, she stops because she doesn't want to get buzzed.

Love it!! We have been putting off getting a training assist like this for way to long. We both don't want to scare or punish our dog, but we need her to listen and respond when we tell her to stop, or sit. With each setting, sound, vibrate and shock we can adjust the setting. So we both tried the sound, and then tried the vibrate and shock on our fingers. She is a medium size dog, we went with the low side medium on both vibrate and shock. And then waited. Sure enough, she started up, we said no and used the sound. She was confused but kept up, we did it again. Then tried vibrate with the command, the 2nd vibrate, she stopped her behavior. A few minutes later, she started up again, we said no, and she stopped. No use of the collar that time. Awesome! We know that now we need to remain consistent, but with this training device, I feel like we have a better chance of her listening.

The only reason I rated this a four is the type of plastic they used for the controller and receiver. It’s a thin plastic normally used for tv remotes. If you have a rough and tumble popper, it could break. It’s extremely light so better for smaller dogs. I use it on my 40 lb and it’s perfect for her. I have a heavier duty collar for my 70 pound destructor dog. She’s already destroyed 3 collars as our destructinator. However customer service is a 10 star ratting. They are responsive and giving. The vibration is strong and ther are plenty of levels.
