Yukihira Saucepan, Traditional Japanese Yukihira Pot Stainless Steel Saucepan Milk Sauce Pan Wooden Handle (6.3 inch 1.2 Quart)

I love this pot it’s the perfect size for one person and it’s extremely lightweight. The previous version had one tiny screw, holding the wood handle to the metal and the handle would get loose quickly, which is dangerous when you’re holding a pot full of boiling soup this new handle has a screw that goes all the way from the end into the wood, so I thought it would be sturdier, but I have to tighten it regularly anyway, regardless I love the pot even if I have to throw it away and buy a new one the handle is cracked and most to be will think it looks cheap but I like it because it weighs almost nothing and it heats up really well.

The bottom isn’t remotely flat. I was heating water and it wobbled itself almost off the stove. This pot is much more suited for a gas range (which I desperately wish I had.)

It's great for heating liquids quickly. I love it. Broth for risotto, milk for hot chocolate, milk for white sauce, the possibilities are endless.

Took a little while to arrive, but is a beautiful pot.

Seems to heat up too quickly and burns up the item causing large deposit too difficult to clean

Can not use induction cooker

Good pan, sturdy, I use manly for sauces and soups. SS doesn’t impart taste to what your cooking

Durable pot, long sturdy handle and heats up pretty fast.
