Sea Pearls Ankle Weights Black Weights

I have been diving in the cold waters of coastal New England for 40 years. Over the years I have owned many ankle weights for use with my drysuits. The Sea Pearls have been by far the best made and have held up better than any other brand including Seasoft pro ankle weights. The lead shot in other brands eventually starts to sag as the casing stretches and holes eventually develop - not true for Sea Pearls. They are rugged. I especially like the fact that, once the Sea Pearls buckles are set so the weights fit snuggly around my boots, they stay that way throughout the dive. I have found that other brands often slip and end up hanging over my heal at the conclusion of the dive. The snug fit also helps keep excess air from entering the boot and is more streamlined when finning. In the future, I will buy only Sea Pearls.

Keep my overly buoyant legs down in level with the rest of my body while diving, the only complaint i have is that they are not as easy as i'd like to adjust, and tend to slip around to the back of my foot while underwater.

Use these for buoyancy during scuba diving-work great.

The ankle weights came quickly and were exactly as I expected.
