Lightweight, good beam pattern with enough throw and spread for riding singletrac. Solid construction, good connections, easy to programme. East to mount on handlebars or helmet. Batteries can act as a backlight with charge indicator LEDs acting as a light. I would recommend this light.

There's a reason these are used in the Iditarod......it's bulletproof [no, not literally!]. I could have bought any light and I chose this Lupine Piko 4 after returning a $150 Petzl (it was plasticy, not waterproof & didn't look like it would last 10 years ;). I'm pretty sure this Lupine will be working for many more years to come.....you get what you pay for--at least you do at Lupine.
