Dried tips and shedding leaves
The tip of all stems is dry and leaves are falling. Doesn't seems to be a healthy plant. Too expensive for this quality of plant. Can get much greener plant direct from nursery

Customers should be careful not to buy any such tree from Amazon
It is most frustrated to us despite buying with so much hard earned money,the plant you sent,not so good quality.The condition of the plant was already bad prior despatched to us.I sent that plant with pictures so that what kind of things are sent to customer,everybody can understand.Amazon, pl. take care of this matter and escalate it.
