Headset Buddy Agent Buddy 2.5mm Training Switch Adapter (HM-PH25)

Works great! We did find out that on a CISCO SPA525G that we had to hit the 'headset' button on the phone twice to get audio to work - almost as if the 1st push answers the call and the 2nd activates audio. We are using 2 handsets not headsets though. I couldn't find if that was by design - either way it's not a problem for us and we enjoy the product.

When I tried this, the person I was talking to complained that the sound was low and that there was an echo. Otherwise, this does work, in that you can individually mute each line. Maybe I got a defective product, but I'm just throwing in the towel on this and going another route.

I ordered three of these for training in a call center. The items arrived today and the 2.5mm lead is permanent. It is not detachable as pictured on Amazon.com or even Headset Buddies web site. I had to spend another $50 to order three female 2.5mm to RJ9 adapters from Headset Buddy to make the changes. Very disappointed. I hope these work. Would not recommend at all.

This product did not work with Cisco SPA504 phones. The recipient could hear but not very well, lot's of feedback. The call center could not hear the caller.If you contact the seller they do have a version (Part #: 01-HM-RJ9Cisco) that works with Cisco Phones. The seller also did a very good job of being proactive to resolve this issue for me. I think that effort alone is worth 4 starts.

I had to order the adapter to plug it into the 2.5mm connection as the product is not what it looks like in the photo. I should of been able to go from 2.5 mm to 2.5 mm as it shows in this picture it is detachable and really it is not.

It worked exactly like it should.
