Manufactured using 300gsm Kraft Corrugated Board it is extremely strong and robust. It is also supplied with protective internal foam lining on the base, sides and top. - Specific foam blocks are fitted to the base and one end for derailleur protection and to secure the bike within the box. This ensures minimum movement during transit (just like an egg in an egg box). In the box you will also receive two foam blocks to lock the bike in position within the box, two heavy-duty polythene bags to protect your wheels, foam piping to protect your frame, box tape, cable ties and documents enclosed pouches.
