Western ChiefKids Waterproof Light Up Rain Boots With Handles for Easy On and Off for Boys and Girls, Rainbow Unicorn, Purple, 13 M US Little Kid

Wrote a review recently about the pink and blue Western Chief kids boots only up to size 12. Because the solid pink does not come in sizes larger than 12, I had to order these with a pattern, which ended up working great, our daughter now loves these ones more than her pink. So, as typical with these boots, they run very large. My daughter wears a 12 1/2 toddler kids, so I ordered size 13. My daughters last pair were sized 10 and she outgrew them after 3 years. The quality of these boots is astounding. The ones my daughter just outgrew were her favorite shoes and she wore them more than 300 days a year. The lights still worked and the grip was still strong.Amendment: First pink pair of these lasted 3 years, note above my daughters absolute favorite shoes and she wore them almost every single day. Well the purple unicorn ones we bought not even a year ago, ripped in the heal. She could not tell me how it happened, but the rip looked similar to how her pink ones tore. I assumed the pink ripped because her foot had outgrown the boot, now I am not so sure. Anyway, going to give them another try because of the great quality and long last the first pair gave us. Ordered another pair today. Hope they last longer than a year this time. Otherwise, will not buy these boots again.

Western Chief makes great rain boots! I have bought several pairs of rain boots from this company for my kids and they are super sturdy and so cute! Our first pair was also a light up pairs and have lasted for 2 toddlers over 2 years! Easy on and off so my kids have no problem doing it themselves. My oldest was so excited to get this purple pair with unicorns. Just as pictured and so adorable with the heel lights! They do run a little large which is good for layering purposes anyway. I will continue to buy these boots as my girls grow older and you certainly can't beat the price point!

My son LOVES these boots and he wears them practically everyday. They are sturdy and nice looking. They have a glossy look to them. The lights work really well and I can always find my son in the dark. Wonderful boots. Easy to put in and take off. Good price. You won’t be sorry.

Loved the light up heels! They came just in time for muddy Easter Egg Hunts! Nice coloured camo pattern. Matches many of his other camo clothes. Even tho the weather was poor the boots (brought by the Easter Bunny, of course!) made the annual event a big hit. Highly recommend. Love the well made Western Chief products.

I did a lot of research before buying some rainboots for my daughter, and I finally settled on Western Chief. The light up boots were an easy choice, for what little kid doesn't love shoes that light up? When they came in, my toddler immediately had me put them on her and wore them all day long, and this is a kid who hates to wear shoes or socks! They aren't too heavy for her, and they even came with a cute little key chain! I got them in a size bigger than she normally wears, so she has a little while to wear them! Once she is too big for them, I will definitely be getting her another pair! I want a pair myself, actually...

These are perfect for my rain boot loving grandson. He was so heartbroken when he grew out of his last pair of rain boots.These were even better than his last pair and delighted him with its flashing lights. The old pair is now long forgotten.Any kid will love to splash and play in these and with the side loop handles it makes it easy for them to put on themselves. It’s getting them to let you take them off is the problem.

I love the Western Chief brand for rain boots. I dont know if i love this particular color option because it's supposed to be an "ombre" with white and light blue glitter, however the ombre is a bit irregular. It looks almost as if the coloring was a mistake during manufacturing. The only reason i kept them is because i unboxed with my toddler present (rookie mistake) and she of course had to have them on her feet. SO i only took off one star because i'm not the one wearing them and my toddler seems to love the color despite my opinion. they are pretty and the light up function is a real crowd pleaser, but just be sure to unbox first without your kid present to inspect first. :)

Immediate hit with our little guy. Great quality. And they came faster than expected! They are larger than expected based on other people’s reviews, so they probably would have been more true to size. But it’s fine to have larger for our purposes since they’re just for playing outside. They are responsive and don’t need to have too much pressure to light up, but one boot is a little less responsive than the other (we have a different brand for our girls that was more equally and regularly responsive). Overall happy with our purchase!

Toddler loved these light up boots. Good for dark rainy Fall/Winter days as others can see a child easily with these light up rain boots out in the rain. Size is slightly larger; maybe by half a size.
