Battery life has been excellent so far. The only reason I shifted my rating down to 4 stars was that the battery was an extremely tight fit. I had a very difficult time getting it closed and only after checking and rechecking for interference many times did I force it closed. I was worried the force I used might break something, but it didn't - it finally closed flush with the laptop case and it's working like a charm. Hopefully it was just an oddity with my battery.

Bought this a year ago (2016) October and started having problems November this year (2017) It comes with a 1 year warranty so I guess I got what was covered. Sad part is this laptop is only used to read emails, the news and play card games sometimes. Maybe that's the problem.

Never held a full charge and lasted less than an hour.

What a well-priced battery! It performs well, too...I get around 5 hours of battery life with my HP G7 1328-dx if I turn off WiFi and lower the brightness. After a proper break-in this battery has been consistent, and has performed as expected. Definitely a recommended buy.

Wife's computer having shut-down problem common with HP laptops. Replacing the battery did the trick! This battery fit perfectly and charged quickly. So far, this battery seems to be working as advertised. Very happy with purchase. Thanks!
