Marquess King Size Electric Blanket with Dual Control,Flannel Sherpa Washable and Comfortable Heated Blanket with 10 Heat Settings, Safety 10 Hours Auto-Off(King, Navy)

I must preface this review with the fact we have used a heated mattress pad for years with no problems except that I had to put multiple sheets over it so I did not feel the wires. However, we recently purchased a "mattress in the box" and did not feel a heated pad would prolong the life of our new foam mattress. Hence the search for a heated blanket! I researched, and researched before deciding on the Marquess. This blanket is super soft and very warm, even without the heat on, which surprised the heck out of me considering how light the blanket is. It has a nice sherpa finish on one side which prevents it from falling off the bed; the top side is a soft velour. It is generously sized and I would estimate at least 12" on each side hangs off the bed for complete coverage. We turn the blanket on a couple hours before bedtime and the bed is perfectly warmed! At that point we turn the blanket off. From my research, it seems like heated blankets don't last as long as heated mattress pads so time will tell on that. I do wish a little more thought went in to the design of the controller; otherwise, I would not change a thing. I got the navy color and it is a rich and very pretty blue. We're really loving this blanket with our new mattress!

I love my new electric blanket. The only problem is one of the controls does not light up so I have trouble getting the right setting during the night without turning the lamp on. Other than that it works great.

When I first got it I loved it. Got really hot I couldn't keep it on even with minimal clothes. About 2 days after I started having error issues on the display. I would have to unplug and plug back in and it would work for a bit and shut off even before the timer. The display started getting hot on the controls. It does not get as hot anymore and the fuzzy inside eventually does not stay fuzzy. I do like the thickness and the size.

Got this as a gift for my daughter....it was perfect for her and her “fur babies “ . They all ove it.

Oh what I don’t like about it is that I’ve only had it for two days and on my second day of trying to use it the right side plug will not come on

This unit has not worked since I got it right the controls are not working I would like you to replace it
